Let's face it, most police in Puerto Rico are corrupt and protect all the drug cartels operating freely in Puerto Rico.
It is what it is. The Governor of Puerto Rico prohibits anyone in Puerto Rico from protecting their life, family lives, and property. The Governor and the police all say to kneel down and cooperate with all demands from all gangs and criminals in Puerto Rico and to call the police afterward so you can talk all about it.
