The 3.24 incident is interesting. The existing traffic on major road takes more priority even if blocked by parked cars I’d say - the driver turning out didn’t check.

Yeh, he did take that corner pretty wide too. Had he tucked himself more into the left, there might not have been an issue. 😊👍
