- This video is intended to compliment the South Carolina State Parks website campground information. The information on their website about each campsite is useful in choosing a site, but their dimensions for equipment size and site grade are not always correct. I have found a ride through the sites on a bicycle to be helpful. We stayed at Myrtle Beach State Park in late April 2021. The park was completely full for the weekend, but I was able to do a ride through before everyone arrived. Since most of the sites are “back in”, and angled off the road, I went back around the campground in reverse. That gives a better view of each site, but there was no good way to list site numbers. If you want the reverse view, you are on your own to figure out which site is which. Sorry about the editing. I wasn’t planning the reverse filming when I started. I tried to follow all of the loops to keep the site numbers close to in order, but the numbering was a little confusing at times. The reverse filming was inserted after each loop. I think it is close enough to follow along with a campground map and see the sites you are interested in. I hope this helps. Enjoy the camping!

Hi, staying in Cir 1 space 4 soon, looks like a simple back-in if you can drive the loop the other direction you filmed, is it one way? Heavy cut coming the other way
The loops are all one way, but that loop is short enough that you could probably get away with pulling in the wrong way.
The loop side is horribly crowded with barely any room. The rustic side is so much better and spacious.
We have 141 next weekend. You went 140…………142…..lol. Dang it.
Sorry about that. I looked at the map, and I think I called it 241. It was just after 247 and I couldn’t read the number behind the bushes.
This is looks like 300 campsite I'm going go next year its really cheap 220.00 it some campsites is 240.00 because probably the sewage (it shown on the website last night now it shows 180.00 192.00 240.00)
Are the tent sites equipped with standard 110 outlets and GFCI?
The overflow sites in Campground 2 (sites 249-292) do not have power. The tent sites in Campground 1 (sites 23, 156-172) have 30 amp power.
Standard 110 with GFCI?
I would assume that it is a 30 amp RV outlet and a 20 amp GFCI outlet.
