Extremely good camera work, at first I thought you had some device that could detect your movement and pan accordingly. Then I catch a glimpse and I see it's hand held, not even needing a gimbal. Even more impressive! 3 camera angles, you really spoil us ❤
Enjoyed the play and commentary. Learned a few course management lessons. Kudos for the nice camera work. I would have been very pleased with this score after 9 holes. This just proves that very good players miss their mark occasionally, so we amateurs should not beat ourselves up so much. Cheers.
Great content Stu Lovely trip down memory lane for me Stu - played Gatton loads in the past - ironically the 8th used to be my favourite drive in golf before some bloke taught me how to hit the ball properly with a draw!! Need to come back and play the 9th and not end up in trees right - love it
Enjoy this a lot. Golf deceptively look easy watching u play. Your putting skill are just on points, wow. Anyhow, love to see this mix around with your normal educational videos. Thanks Stu.
Really appreciate the feedback my friend and your support of my channel. Truly means a lot. Editing still needs some work, few glitches along the way but I’ll get there and I enjoyed making. Thank you ☺️
I ditched golf years ago, fed up with the endless struggle to master the swing. No matter how much money I poured into lessons, videos, and books, my game just wouldn't improve. In fact, it seemed to get worse. I even chucked my clubs in disgust. But then I stumbled upon your videos, and my love for golf reignited. Armed with nothing but an old 7 iron and sand wedge, I've been hitting balls so much better. Finally, I understand why I was shanking and hitting too much inside-out. My body feels great too-no more agony after practice. Your videos are a game-changer. They're clear, concise, humorous and full of practical tips. Thank goodness someone is finally saving golfers from the GARBAGE instruction out there. I'm already armed with a BIG broom and planning to invest in some muscle-back irons, wedges, a putter, and maybe even a driver soon. Any recommendations for golf club purchases? I think you mentioned something about heavy clubs in one of your videos. Thanks again for your help."
Hey AJ, it’s messages like yours are the very reason I started my channel. To put right what I believe has been missing from peoples games; understanding and logical processes to get people back, enjoying the game. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and I truly hope it continues. Regards clubs; always lean towards a slightly too heavy club for you than slightly too light. Too light is always advised by a lot of fitters, enables you to over power poor technique. This is just my opinion, but hopefully through my channel you understand why. Thanks again, best wishes Stu
......this is good stuff Stu. Love watching you in action. Even thru 3 holes without hitting a green, excellent. Gonna watch the rest a little later.....⛳🍺
.....wow.....that was awesome. Would definitely like to see more of this. And I would like to apologize on behave of everyone for taking up most of your time on this "Coaching" thing......hell, you could have been 4 or 5 under easily 😁.......great playing Stu!......⛳🍺
@@GoodGolfCoaching excellent, good to hear. I had a good 9 holes today trying to put grip, hips and shoulders in to action. I was happy that trying to change my swing for the better hasn’t made me hit any worse than before, hit some nice shots actually. A few went left, but hardly any slices which is my normal miss 👍🏼👍🏼
14:10 I should hope to be around par. Short game is king. I've been working with my golf league teammate on his short game for a year or two and he just recently broke 80 for the first time. I have always tried to emphasize to him that I don't necessarily hit it outstanding every round, but I can break 80 with little effort because I pride myself on, A. Keeping it in play and playing smart, and B. Having a good short game. BUT, when my striking is on, that's when it gets fun and I can make a few more birds. Looking forward to seeing you out on the Senior Tour, sir!
Stew! I’m looking for a video on how you hold your putter! I like your form. Just switched back to a blade. The Taylor made Juno. I have the odyssey ai that looks very similar to what you are using on this video. Haven’t been consistent with it. So if you can. Make a video on that putter and how you hold it if possible! You was putting really well!
After 3 where You hit them Stu maybe I would have been 1 to 2 over but I would have hit one of those greens in regulation.Haha I have big Draw and not allways consistent with it ,Your playing Marvelous! Great putts on 4 and 5!!! That 6 th hole could be Brutal . 7th is Beautiful 3 par but tough punched and all the kitty Litter on the Green .Fantastic Finish!!!!!!
Haha thanks Daryl - more of this stuff I do, perhaps I’ll warm up. Slightly time sensitive on this occasion. Hope you enjoyed, I know I loved making it. Best wishes Stu
Hi Stu, awesome video really enjoyed it thanks, Nice to see 2 under even though you weren’t feeling it too much. I think that was the misses filming? If so great job my thanks. Coach Barney was out for the ride too. You always take the flag out?. Cheers mate
I really enjoyed playing, not sure about the misses in filming you mention? Coach B was there, keeping me company as was my wife Laura on camera. Thanks Craig!
Great to see your ‘simulator’ swing out on the course 👍 I’ve been trying your swing principles with mixed success tbh 🤨 hitting too many fat and left pulls 🫣need some help I think 🤔
Very enjoyable to watch. Bring on more of these and more live lessons with students.
Will do for sure my friend.
Loved it! Looking forward to the next one, as I gained so much course management knowledge.
Thanks so much Nick - plenty more of this coming soon.

My wife Laura will be very happy with your comments, thank you so much for your very kind words, truly appreciated. ❤️
Keep them coming Stu, this has been a great watch from a top class golfer.
Thanks so much Rich - really enjoyed making and editing. More editing skills needed, but will get there 😂
Great insight into what the thought process should be when deciding on strategy.
Glad you enjoyed and thanks so much for sharing your insights! Best wishes Stu
Very interesting seeing you on the course applying all your techniques . Please show us the back nine any time soon!
Thank you so much; I will absolutely do that. In the making as we speak 😊
I played there about 6 weeks ago for the first time. Nice to see a good golfer tackle the nuisances. That 6th hole is a card recker
Glad you got down to play Doug, it’s a cracker. 6th is not for the feint hearted! 😂

Laura did super well, hidden talents! 😂😂 Thanks for the kind words and glad it gave you something to think about! 😊😊
This was great to watch. Very insightful to watch how you construct a round.
Thanks buddy, really enjoyed making it. More to come for sure!
Nice and educational video more of this pls 👍
Thanks Lars, will do Sir.
Always enjoy this type of content. The discussion around strategy and the rationale for your club selection was extremely useful.
Thanks John - I look forward to doing lots move of this type of content. Thanks for sharing and hope you’re well!

Thanks Peter, it’s a cracking course these days. Do get down and play. Shame you lost the slice 😂😂😂 Hope you’re well my friend!
Really enjoyed that Stu. Just goes to show golf isnt a game of perfect but managing what you got. Some great shots and top quality putting!
Thank you Sir; peoples perception of sub par golf needs adjusting some time. Best wishes Stu

That tee off on 8 . Adding cupping to get the slide/cut was on point.
Thank you 🙏

Good to see you plot your way round and seeing your club control skills in action 👍
Seriously good putting on some rough surfaces too….😊

Welcome to the stripe show 💥💣
Haha thanks Sam 😊
Great insight in to golf not golf swing
Thanks so much Lee !
Given your position from the tee shot on the first I'd drop a shot there but would definitely get up and down on 2 and 3
Haha good man! #shortgame 😎
Very good enjoyed it. What about match with Simon?
When my channel hits 100K it will happen! 😊
Very nice round Stuart. Probably not so easy when the camera is running in the background.
Thanks Romain, I enjoyed myself 😊
Great content as usual stu glad to see your new putters working well

@@GoodGolfCoachingmy bad, misses (mrs) as in your wife filming
Ahh yes it was, she did a fab job!
Thanks. Really enjoyed it. Next time bring a student. And never ever change putters again 😂🎉
Hahah thanks buddy, This putter is a keeper for sure!
Not a practice stroke guy. Me either!
A waste of energy 😂😂
Looks more like a Whoop than a gps watch you’re wearing which has me wondering, are you more a gps or laser man?
I am definitely a laser man 😊
Noticed you have no line on your ball for putting, I guess you’re old school, no aimpoint either.
Definitely no aimpoint or line in ball. Not for me that stuff 😊
Great to see your ‘simulator’ swing out on the course 👍

Thanks Danny; glad you enjoyed my friend. Would love to help you, Skillest is the place you’ll find me or in person of course.

Look forward to it.
-2 plus that 9😅😅😅
The nine was just for you 😁🙌
