15 MIN| Ultimate Upper Body Kettlebell Workout (Single Kettlebell)

  • FAT burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest. One round has 7 exercises in, once the 7 are done you get a 40 seconds rest between each round. 3 rounds to complete for the full 10 minute workout.
    If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

    This is definitely THE BEST upper body kettlebell workout I've found on youtube thus far. Can you please make a couple more just like this with similar work/rest periods? The work/rest intervals in this workout are literally perfect. Thank you again for making such a great video!

    Great workout. I like the 30 and 10 ratio. You might want to consider changing the commercials to the rest periods instead of during sets so we're more able to focus during sets.

    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    Great workout. Just a tip for future videos, the typeface is clashing and uses too many colours. If you keepnet to 3 colours and make everything aligned, makes it easier to follow. But good workout

    Decent Kettlewell workout.
    Could do with running through the workout prior to jumping into it.
    Could do with a warm up section at start and stretch at the end.

    I love this workout mate do it nearly every other day, depending on what else I'm doing, I've only got a 16kg kettlebell though so I do start to die by round 3 haha, any suggestions for how I could work around that? I'm sure it's light for you but I need probably 10kg - 12kg, I can get through the first round, scrape through the 2nd, then I'm yeah, dieing as I said by round 3 haha

    holy shit had me dripping sweat and breathing heavy .had to take more than 10 second break alot but great workout only had 15 lb bell but kicked this 62 year old butt

    Hey dude. Good workout thanks! Just curious as to why some exercises are from the knees rather than standing? Does it target the upper body more?

      Just eliminates the use of you using your legs. More focus on that body part 👌👍🏽

    The exercises that you do on your knees, could they be done sitting in a chair or on a bench? I work on my knees a lot doing plumbing and would like to save my knees as much as possible.

      Honestly, just looking at those exercises again, I will try doing them while standing. I was also dissuaded about doing them while kneeling.

      @@thathandsomedevil0828 that's a good shout actually mate, it would give you abit more momunetum as well and my kettlebell is 16kg which is far too heavy for me I'm literaly dead by round 3, I'm going to see if that helps nice one

    I just did this with 6kg and adapted tp standing as I have a knee injury how you did it with 12kg and full form I don't know kudos to you. But I'm a beginner I may get like you soon 😂😂😂

    I feel like I can do a 4th round, I go up to 16kg on the penultimate exercise. Would a 4th round be better as opposed to doing more sets at 16kg. I'm not worried about putting on size

      Eating too many calories will put in size, not you swinging a kettlebell 💪🏽✌️

    Hate to be a little critical here. The routine is great and have been doing it with a 15kg kettlebell. Great workout. Just surprised you would copy and paste the first 5 minute section to the other 2 in the video. I enjoy when they creators do the entire workout and you can see they are tired too. Just a thought.
