@@iisskye- i doubt it. in hip exercices (so any splits) you'll have to know how to play with your hips, cause tight hips are the main problem, so you'll know.

are you more stronger than flexible or workout alot?....coz I struggle with same thing...now I am spending more time stretching than strength training..so my muscles open up more. but it takes time, if you're more physically strong...be patient, try active stretching...try different ways and try taking break from muscle workout and focus more on stretching,,and patience. might help

Side splits, not so low, do you have any tips for getting lower into the splits to get to the stage where I can try this please. Do not worry! The hips are complex and often tight bc of our shoes and that we sit a lot. Don't worry at all. Do a few hip stretches and enjoy the freedom and mobility you DO have🙏

Don't be scared! Use LOTS of pillows under your butt to start. And go super slow.
