@@iisskye- i doubt it. in hip exercices (so any splits) you'll have to know how to play with your hips, cause tight hips are the main problem, so you'll know.

Side splits, not so low, do you have any tips for getting lower into the splits to get to the stage where I can try this please. are you more stronger than flexible or workout alot?....coz I struggle with same thing...now I am spending more time stretching than strength training..so my muscles open up more. but it takes time, if you're more physically strong...be patient, try active stretching...try different ways and try taking break from muscle workout and focus more on stretching,,and patience. might help
@@shelmithseth7645 im notvreally strong i stoped stretchings myvhips hurts same with my hamstring if i strzrche them they start burining .....my hips and my hamstring tissu must be damaged . Im more tight than ever. So i stop and see what happend.
