You have to reach level 55. After the next Pain Cage reset you will have three bosses.
Hey Whiskey, I went with the Fire team so I don't have S-Kamui. Will XXI be a decent replacement for him? I really wanna use a dark team cause Vera is queen
21 is only on CN so far and I only played JP, so I can't judge how she performs compared to S-Kamui. Generally A-Ranks, especially the Tanks, are a considerable step down from their S-Rank counterparts.

Character variety is better than to hyper invest into a single unit. I'd recommend picking a different character from the selector.
Generally recommended, if you already have S-Kamui, is S-Liv. She makes some of the non-timed content later on a lot easier.

Alphas Patch is a good indication for 10 weeks between S-Ranks, because Frozen Darkness will stay around for 5 weeks.
Then again, they may vary the time of patches.
Bigger patches 5 weeks.
Shorter patches 4 weeks.
I personally don't mind shorter patches because I want to catch up to CN. Just my personal opinion, of course.

You’ve got more than enough to pity her. And she’s by far the single most valuable character you can roll for in many of the upcoming patches. So I don’t think skipping her is the best option but you do you

Are weeklys the pain and warzone stages?
You complete the weeklies by doing Pain Cage and Warzone, but it's not the missions directly at the respective modes.
