Chance per pull to get an S-Rank is 0.5%. Getting 2 S-Ranks in 12 pulls is absolutely amazing! Plume and Pulse are also both important characters. Plume already right now, Pulse later when the fire team gets strong units.

Banners of the same "type" and page/tab in the summoning meny carry their pity. Example: Pity built on the Tab 2 Banner for Rosetta will carry over to the Tab 2 Banner for Luna. It needs to be the same type of banner though. The tab 2 banners, namely the debut banner and the rotating banner, don't share pity, as they are different banners. Debut banners on a tab inherit their pity to the next debut banner, rotating banners inherit their pity to the next rotating banner.

Luna, A-Vera, S-Kamui is still the meta dark team, as far as I know. I'm not 100% up-to-date with CN anymore, but I believe Amplifier Selena is considered too weak to use in the team. She definitely was on her release, though that might have changed due to Amplifier Selena receiving some buffs. Even then, the Luna/Vera/Kamui Dark Team will be meta for a year before we get Amplifier Selena + Buffs.

S-Karenina is the DPS. S-Nanami doesn't deal enough damage to switch too, sadly. Compared to the other S-Rank Tank in the game, S-Kamui, she falls short. S-Karenina also deals great consistent damage, which doesn't help.

Depends on how you want to play the game. If you are a patient person, you can wait and collect the Basic R&D Cards from the weekly quests, login rewards and occasional event reward while using your Black Card (BC) for debut S-Rank Banners. I'd say this is the better approach, but you will also want to save your S-Rank Selector until AFTER you finished your beginner banner to avoid getting a duplicate. If you are impatient (like me) you can also just finish the beginner banner with BC so you can get some S-Ranks and start gearing them. Don't feel like you need S-Ranks, though. It's completely possible to clear all the content with A-Ranks. Optimal team setups, which include specific S-Ranks, are only needed for the competitive modes.

Veritas was the 100% debut banner. The Alpha banner you are referring to is the 70% rotating banner. They have separate pity counters. Your 50/60 will be back for the next 100% debut banner S-Lucia "Plume", who releases the in the patch after Nona Ouroboros.

I wouldn't reroll. It takes too long and doesn't feel that rewarding. Also, S-Karen is gonna be incredibly important and relevant in the far off CN future. You can try to get S-Bianca right now. Worst case scenario is you don't get her and build pity towards the next S-Rank (Ice Lucia "Plume"). Feel free to keep pulling on the 100% banner, the pity carries over after all. I'm currently not working on videos because of IRL work stress, so there isn't really anything planned or in the pipeline. Feel free to ask me anything though, I'm happy to help.

@@joselicon2630 You should be ok for Plume if you pull on Tenebrion now, though I wouldn't recommend it. You might miss the 70/30. I'd save for Plume. If you still want to go for it I highly recommend the monthly pass, the value is incredibly good.

I assume you're starting right now? Until you start maxing out characters, you will be incredibly low on resources at all times, forcing you to pick a select few characters and gear choices to max out. The character portion of this video specifically was meant to help new players choose the correct characters to invest in, by advising them to pick characters that are both versatile and relevant for a while. If you, like I believe you implied, spread yourself out among a lot of different characters, you'll be equipped with a few mediocre characters. Instead you could be having a select few strong characters. The only content you need a multitude of characters for right NOW is Babel Tower. Babel Tower was an irrelevant factor at the time of making this video (which was at launch) because the first Babel tower was about two months away at that point. And yes, there is no point raising specific character if you know you will be getting the superior character for that slot, i. e. no point in raising physical Wata if you get Alpha or raising A-Lucia if you are getting S-Bianca. Of course, if you cannot get those characters, then that logic does not apply.

No, I'm level 67 atm. Babel, Pain Cage, War Zone and Golden Vortex they all force you to use different characters in a way. I used to think A Lee, A Lucia, A Kamui and A Bianca were trash characters before. Generally because of the videos I've seen on the internet. But now that I've invested on them, they're actually pretty good. I'm not saying you to dump your resources on everyone. What I'm saying is if you don't have the meta character, invest on their low tier options. I have Alpha, let's say I'm playing Golden Vortex. What am I gonna do after 2 stages ? Guess what things gonna be better if you have those non meta characters geared up a little.

@@SeekGrace You're right on Babel. Pain Cage needs, at max, three DPS characters. One meh DPS for the first 5 fights, one decent DPS for the following 5, then your strongest DPS for the last 5. Warzone needs one properly built team of 3. Efficient, at the start, is to built Alpha + A-Karenina + Tank/Healer. Focusing on a single team and maxing them out first will get you a better score than stretching your resources among two teams. Golden Vortex doesn't matter since it's permanent.

My point is raising off meta characters will pay off and people don't do the justice for those characters on the internet. Making them look like ''avoid at all cost''. About Golden Vortex, it gives like 1.5k BC if I'm not mistaken. More BC means you're one step closer pulling that meta character. As long as the reward is BC, it matters imo. Unless you whale ofc.

The next debut character, Ice Lucia "Plume", will be 20/60 on Tab 2.
