Their ready willingness to stand behind their sale speaks volumes to me. I plan to become a Heavy Hitch customer and buy one from them (and more products, too).

Looks like you are putting your bucket thru some tough test. Appears to be bent on top and across bottom. Be careful that you don’t put awkward stress on your hydraulic cylinders. Shout out to Heavy Hitch!

All's well, that ends well, as they say. Good to see the seller stand behind their merchandise. Good for Heavy Hitch; and nice job tackling that roough terrain, going slowly and methodical got the job done. Stay safe, great video!

It’s nice to see a company that stands behind their products. More companies should do that.

Heavy Hitch, is definately a great company. I had to return a tooth bar that didn't fit, and they handled it perfectly!
I love the Heavy Hitch tooth bar design, but have to constantly retorque the set screws.

I've been very satisfied with the toothbar for the past few years now. I'm using it on the 1023 e. Yes, JD's smallest tractor. It will break up mounds of Red Clay. It's really the only way to penetrate Red Clay here in Georgia. I've dug many long trenches using the toothbar to rebuild my septic system and rip out an old retaining wall to build a new one. Imagine digging into concrete. It's almost that difficult. It's also really handy to move logs and yes, rip out small trees at the roots. Anything bigger than a sapling, I'll use the ripper from behind to break roots first then try to get the ball out.

I have a tooth bar on my old John Deere 2020. I put it on in 2004 for only one intended project 17 years ago. I have found I can do very little without it compared to the vast uses this device enables me to do.

Looks like from the photo of the loader bucket you have bent both bottom and top. If the bottom is bent that could have what put the stress on the tooth bar to break it.

That is what attributed to the broken bar .You need a dozer not a light duty ag tractor!

Have heavy hitch tooth bar for 1025 R, won't take down a Sequoia tree, but it works on my little acre !

Judging by the video, I would advise that you trade your bucket in for the "heavy duty" bucket with double wall construction and lift loops on top. You can still add more hooks. It will take a lot more abuse.

I mean great they stand behind their product, but you flat out broke that yourself. Look at timestamp 4:01, the bucket cutting edge is bent under both right side tines, no wonder the frame of the HH bar broke. I really dont think the toothbar is made for prying stuff up so much as you're showing. You really could use a root grapple of sorts, something with shorter, stronger teeth made for, well, what you're putting it through.

I actually agree, and did buy a root grapple after this. I don't blame the toothbar at all so i definitely wanted to give a shout out to heavy hitch for standing behind their product when they definitely didn't have to.
