I was believing I'd finally found a cure. Until he said leave work! I'm on a poor wage with two kids and a wife to pay for (male balanitis) the medication is so expensive when it happens and it always happens at the wrong time, like when I've had to pay for the dentist ect. Wish the UK NHS was as informed as this instead of leaving us without health care. Even before the 3month wait for a telephone Dr (audio only) it was a 3 week wait with the balanitis before treatment could occur. There needs to be more help for this. I had a 8mm kidney stone blasted and stent put in and removed 5 days later. I need advice, since I don't expect much help from my healthcare "vendor" Kaiser. I got one test out them so far (c. diff) which was negative, thankfully. So I will push for more testing to rule out other infections, parasites, etc. But I have had diarrhea for 3 weeks now, with plenty of mucus in the beginning. Hi there. Every thing. Every thing you have said, sounds like me. I have been ill for 40 years following a Hysterectomy. I have had years of Antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors. And the list goes on. I tested positive to Sibo, Methan Sibo. Ten years of Antibiotics. And just had 2 rounds of Rifaxamin. Made me so ill. I have had breast cancer 6 years ago. So is S boulardii helpful in treating overgrowth of yeast, considering it is a yeast? I’ve heard mixed messages on this.

That is my case.I unknowingly had h pylori..When i erradicated h pylori naturally my yeast issues became worst than ever cause those two were competing in the gut and beneficial bacteria was low.Now i still have issues with yeast and not tolerating fodmaps so maybe i also have sibo

What if you can't cut out all of the starchy carbs because I can't afford to lose any more weight? I am eating about 4 cups of starchy carbs a day but I can't lower it because I would loose too much weight. What to do about this?
You can lower the carbs by upping fat intake. Fat is neutral in terms of candida/yeast.

I need advice, since I don't expect much help from my healthcare "vendor" Kaiser. I got one test out them so far (c. diff) which was negative, thankfully. So I will push for more testing to rule out other infections, parasites, etc. But I have had diarrhea for 3 weeks now, with plenty of mucus in the beginning. I am totally bloated all the time, and I have lost 10 lbs in these three weeks (very unusual for me). I am going to take undecylenic acid for now because I have few choices, besides changing my diet. I don't expect much from allopathic HMOs. Any other ideas??

Every thing you have said, sounds like me. I have been ill for 40 years following a Hysterectomy. I have had years of Antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors. And the list goes on. I tested positive to Sibo, Methan Sibo. Ten years of Antibiotics. And just had 2 rounds of Rifaxamin. Made me so ill. I have had breast cancer 6 years ago. The radiotherapy has left me with Fibromyalgia. I have had to live on pain killers for years. The more drugs that I'm given the worst I get. In the last 3 years I have lost nearly 3 stone for no reason. I have recently had a CT Scan, and it's shown up a problem with both of my lungs and my spleen. I live in the UK. Doctors don't beleave in a yeast overgrowth. But now I'm in a bad way. I'm allergic to many things now. I struggle to take supplements, as I have a bad reaction to almost every thing. I'm trying to take a good quality probiotics, and various supplements. I'm bloated, headaches, muscle and joint pain. My skin is flaky and itchy, my body burns and itches inside and out. And much more. I also bought some apple cider vinegar capsules, would it be a good idea to take them. My whole body is inflamed. I have a problem with malabsorbsion, hence all the weight loss I know. I'm gluton free, dairy free, I don't drink, I have cut out most of the fruit I eat. I was vegan for 3 years, but got worse. I now eat wild caught salmon, free range or organic eggs. Organic chicken. And green leaf veggies. I drink plant milk, I gave up coffee. Don't eat sugar. I drink mineral water in glass bottles, or filtered water. I'm taking herbal Candida products. But every thing that goes into my stomach makes worse. I have told my GI Doctor that 3 years. But they have no idea what I'm talking about. Please can you help I'm desperate. I have all issues but nobody trusts me
