After regular uploads for four years, reaching 373 subscribers might not sound like a lot, but hey, it's progress!
When it comes to making videos, I'm still figuring out what I really want to do. Being the intuitive person that I am, it's kind of a trial-and-error thing. Every video I make is a bit different - some hit, some miss, but I'm learning as I go. Balancing this with running a dog-walking business can be exhausting, but when I'm not in front of the camera, I find peace in painting. I dream of making painting my full-time gig, spreading good vibes through my art. I'm thankful for the pieces that have found homes. Videos, for me, are all about connecting, not just about chasing subscribers. It's another way for me to let my creativity flow. 😊 I do wish they connected with more people and formed more of a community, so views feel more important than subscribers but hope those views are bringing in the right people who like what I do 😊

Realistically if you are not ready to make UA-cam videos for couple of years for free, don’t even bother.
Becoming monetized early will still not make a living for majority of us.
So doing this out of passion is the only way to go.
Good luck to everyone with your journeys 😎

When most say couple of years, I think that’s fast. There are art channels that got to 80k saying it was slow but sounds fast to me. Not even at four hundred after 4 years but 373 people would be a lot if they all turned up. Everyone’s journey is different.

100% Peter! Almost 4 years into this journey and loving every aspect of it, but the cherry on top will be making it a sustainable business. Getting close now but like you said, staying consistent and having fun and being ourselves is SOOOOO important for our own health.
I would also add that many people start the journey and try to impress the wrong audience (their peers) rather than focusing on the audience.
Me being one those people who made that mistake at the beginning 😆
Looking good bud, have a great year ahead ❤

Thank you very much for the motivation boost Peter :)
Having an active YT channel was now in my head for I think 5 years now and last year I was able to find a way to give it a bit more priority next to family and day time job. Working out unfortunately suffered, but if I keep at it, I might get monetized in the next few months, which would be a nice milestone along the journey:)
Thanks again for all your work Peter! :)

I like your mindset and I do believe that it would apply to a lot of people but then you have guys like Mr Beast. Love him or hate him you can't deny that he's the best at this game and he started with the intention of doing this professionally.
It is his passion though, and like you said do it because you're passionate about it. Maybe for people like him, it's both.
But also as a content creator and adult/parent of 3, I think if your hobby isn't making you money, then you're probably rich. If your not rich and are passionate, keep on keeping on. Here's to a great 2024 everyone. Good luck and have fun!

I seriously make videos so I can watch myself being stupid or what ever in the future, sometimes I catch something cool on film and since im fishing its pretty cool to get that bite on tape, and then save it for the rest of my life, and im just doing it for fun, for myself really. Somehow I got 67 subscribers from nowhere and I guess these people found it fun to watch and I will with no doubt deliver more videos in the future. The only thing setting me back is that I have two kids, and they need their attention, and fishing + youtube swallows lot of time. But I rather have one video that I want to upload then nothing at all. Sjukt kul att vi har en vettig svensk som levererar grym content om och om igen, tuffa på Peter!

Thank you so much Peter for this video, I started my camera channel last year because it is really my passion and I want others to get into this beautiful area of creativity. I simply love to make videos, but work also in a full time job that I like 😊 nevertheless I try to publish often videos, also depending on my private family things for sure, but to help others or entertain them, eventhough English is also not my mother tongue, it is awesome, but you also have to leave your comfort zone; I.e. I published a davinci tutorial for beginners and the comments are so nice and greatful, so I think I do something right. Anyways, thanks again you do a great job ❤ and Grüsse von Österreich (greetings from Austria) 😊

I've been wanting to Kickstart my channel again but geared toward "caregiver spouse" rather than "disabled wife". I know it's not a money making niche so it's purely an outlet for my own self improvement physically, mentally, and spiritually. Lots of forces working against me though; tiredness, slothfulness, only 24 hours in a day, etc.
I guess that's why I live vicariously through you guys and enjoy your content so much.
Thanks for making these videos and being entertaining and inspiring.

It's right to think like this, this is the right one but If you lived in Türkiye and knew the "yakışıklı güvenlik" (handsome security) you wouldn't think like this.Value judgments have now changed. Everything is just bullshit now.More than half of people have forgotten the concepts of "benefit, development, progress, success, logic, entertainment". Instead of these concepts, they live and care about the concepts of "nonsense, stupidity, disgusting, incompetence, incompetence".That's why you can't watch an entertaining video explaining the ability to fly an FPV drone. However, a video with the title "I threw shit at people" is breaking viewing records. The real pain is not watching these contents. People really enjoy these contents. Despite all this nonsense, I'm glad there is you and people like you. Thanks Peter.
