This was my favorite Missing Persons song I used to blast this out of the car way back when. They don’t make music like that anymore. The cutting edge of alternative/punk rock in the day. Loved it thanks for posting this.
Nothing "alternative or punk" about Missing Persons! They were more progressive wave and early electronic rock. Let's not lower Missing Persons' standards to that of mere punk or worse, alternative! Alternative in many ways ruined rock music. Missing Persons raised the standards of rock in that era and timeframe. The 80's were awesome in so many ways...the 90's however, killed the entire progression of music the 80's brought to life. Not to mention "alternative" made people want to blow their brains out instead of having fun and enjoying good times. (Just ask Kurt Cobain! Oh wait, you can't... he blew his brains out, sadly! ) Politicians and other assorted world @$$holes will always bring bad things to life, unfortunately.
