Hey man do you think I could roof top it?.. I have the feel free flash right now which is 75 ish lbs but the lure is obviously around 110 without the seat or anything… do you think you could roof top the 13.5?

Honestly, it is a challenge to car top it especially with the shape of the bottom if you plan on setting the front of the kayak on your car and then sliding it from the back. My old town is pretty wide and flat on the bottom which makes it much easier to car top. But yes you can car top the 13.5, but it will be a challenge.

Ok... I just found your vid and I do have a question for you right now... maybe more to follow at another time.
I'm considering buying the 13.5 Lure but I'm not sure.... The length of the boat is ok, but I'm concerned that the pedals might be too far away. I'm only 5'8" with 30 inch legs.... I need your honest advice here before I order one for delivery.

Hey, thanks for reaching out! And I’m glad you enjoyed the video! The seat is very adjustable forward and back so I think somebody even shorter than you would be fine on this kayak. You're the man.....thank you so much. Where I live, here in MD, the Feel free doesn't have a shop. I have to drive to Pennsylvania and he doesn't allow for testing. So, I have no other choice but to purchase blindly online. Your reply has helped me tremendously 👍

Hey, did you have a period of time where you couldn’t open the dark gray hatch just forward of the overdrive unit with the overdrive unit installed? Mine won’t open with the OD installed and I’m being told there’s a break in process….

Same issue with me, but I mostly use my sportsman 120 and idk if there is a break in period, not sure how that can break in. The plastic would need to completely change shape.

@@TUFFBASS that was my thoughts, but they assure me it will and if it doesn’t, they’ll proceed with other options (not sure what those are)
