Nothing will ever be funnier than Leslie Higgins making a bad pun just after Ted walks out, only for Ted to aggressively burst back into the room just to say "yes"
I even started trying to come up with puns and things to make people smile. It really does make you feel better about yourself when you ignore the worlds problems and just be nice to them
"Are those the only clothes you own?" "What, this? No I've got three of these." I totally missed that joke the first time I saw it but damn that's good.
@@SJ-jn1dv Coach Beard was trying to ask Nate if the only clothes he ever wears are his work uniforms. But Nate misunderstood the question and thought Coach was asking if he only wears that specific set of clothes, as if he only owns one single shirt. It becomes a lot less funny when you try to explain it in words but i thought it was a clever little writing moment.
For me it's after that when he bursts through the door and says "yes". Just the effort to go through just to acknowledge that pun was entirely unexpected but very enjoyable
I just binged this show! And I just noticed that Keeley and Roy both say “I don’t know how to react when a grown man does blank in front of me”!! They are so perfect together I miss them as a couple

@@zeesaga7573 I got that much. But the way beard says it makes it seem like it is a metaphor that is in Ted’s favor. Maybe I was looking for more underlying meaning. But thanks for the explanation to be sure. All the best.
BEST written, directed, and acted show in YEARS or maybe EVER! I'm sooo sad it will be over soon. It's like reading a good book, getting attached to all the characters and then the book ends and you feel lost. So many good learning lessons and lines - "Be curious, not judgemental!"
okay listen one of the things that’s most attractive about ted lasso is just how….. energetic he is. makes one wonder what other ways that energy could be used…….👀
There's no way 2:46 wasn't real and he just played it off. My god... SOMEBODY, either Sudeikis or his stunt double has permanent CTE for that scene. lol
I'm super late to the game but I adore this show. Just binged it over the weekend and fell in love with it. So sad it's ending soon, because it's just THAT good.
One thing that I keep thinking about is that screen junkies honest trailer said that if you met someone like Ted Lasso in real life you would think that they were a serial killer

He reminds me of a positive office linebacker
Reminds me of Kramer from Seinfeld
Legitimately my favourite tv moment ever

We all did.
I love characters that make you want to be better

It gets better when you think about one of the running gags about Nate in season 2 is about that one suit Ted bought him in s1 ep4.
@@direcircumstances very clever writing, its why we love this show
Ceasar you later as the EXACT moment I knew this show would never leave my heart. I actually scared my roomate with my screaming laughter
As a lover of puns I felt so validated
Me too.

When he bursts through the door I have to take a break cause I laugh too hard every time.
this literally just happened to me 😂😂😂
I appreciate Jason Sudeikis sprinting across that field for real :D
Rebecca shutting herself as Ted bursts through the door is and always will be hilarious

Ted is so cute. I can't stand it.
His dance in the first scene is like "what's up with that...what's up with that"!!
That caesar you later clip is one of the funniest things ive seen
I always crack up at the scene where Ted asks for the ball lol
the throwback to that in S3E12 was amazing
and it actually worked!
"Don't Letter-get away with it, Ted."

Part of his mania comes from the fact he’s not properly understood his father’s death. Dr Sharon gets it out and then it’s understandable.
The metaphor joke went over my head the first time, so well written!
Explain please because I think I am missing something…
