    I absolutely LOVE your classes. The poses and stretches are very different than the typical uni-planar stretching movements. I am loving (slightly hating when I am grunting to get into a pose) the new challenge and cannot wait to see what improvements this does in helping restore normal movement patterns and improve flexibility.
