Yes! Thank you for commenting. The word annoyed describes the experience going on inside your own mind and body. Annoyed is an interesting word though because it describes an emotional and energetic state that usually umbrellas deeper emotions beneath it. So when you feel annoyed, are there underlying narratives or Stories or beliefs that get kicked up that are painful or uncomfortable to think about?
@Janely Marin Okay, so here, you kind of go back into an evaluation: he doesn't care. But how does that make you FEEL? So, annoyed is a feeling that indicates irritation, but what feeling is causing the irritation? "I believe he isn't prioritizing me, and that makes me feel annoyed because I have an underlying fear that I am worthless and have no value if I am not prioritized, which leaves me feeling, weak, scared, helpless, isolated, and humiliated." Once you get at these core feelings, NOW things can start to shift because they have been hiding under the cover of "annoyed" and "he's misbehaving" - which keeps you distracted with what HE'S doing, and so you don't worry so much about uprooting the mechanisms and the energy that goes into "protecting" you from feeling these feelings. If you'd like to ask more questions, I would love you to join me friday for a live event I am hosting on how to work with this. You can learn more here: ⭐ bit.ly/HungryLuvApp ⭐
