- After spending some time at Ke’ehi state harbor cleaning my contaminated diesal fuel tank I set out to sail around Oahu with some family visiting Hawaii. We anchored at Makua, Waimea, and Kaneohe bay along the way.

I poured so much money into that boat. New engine/fuel tank, cabin sole, bottom job, New sails, rope clutches, B&G Zeus, cabin cushions, sail cover, and a new head. Garrett, I'm glad you're enjoying the refit we did ten years ago. What did your refit include?
Ah, yes; the difference between boating (ownership) and sailing (enjoying the results of the former). My "vacations" are usually in a boatyard, in a Tyvex suit, never a Tux

I'm loving your channel! It would be helpful for me (from Kansas) if you showed a chart of the route for 10 seconds so I could orient to where you're at and going without having to try and figure out the spellings of these locations

Nice seeing the video. I've sailed the pac cup 2 times and Delivered 2 boats back to Sf Bay. only sailed around Waikiki a little and ofcourse Kaneohe would love to do more but I'm in Sf bay and won't be getting away any time soon. I noticed your reef lines just tie to the cringel on the sail , if you run it through the cringel and tie the standing end to the boom you will have more control of the sail. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, that sounds fun. I have fixed the reefing system in between when this video was released and now.
