I try to keep my diet as healthy and moderated as I can,

BREAKFAST
✨2 pieces of sprouted wheat bread
✨1 whole avo
✨garlic salt
✨dry herbs
✨franks red hot sauce
LUNCH
soup ingredients:
✨sauteed onions + garlic
✨pumpkin puree
✨blended shrimp
✨broth (of your choice) water
✨brown rice pasta
✨green onion chopped
✨seasoning of choice
DINNER
✨spaghetti squash
✨olive oil
✨ salt + pepper
✨ tomato basil red sauce
SNACK
✨marshmallow fruit loops
✨almond milk
