The best thing about being a teacher was being intune with what was good music at the time. I let my students play music in my computing class (when I wasn't actually giving a lesson) and penny bridge pioneers was one of many cds played. Loved this song and no cigar.

I got to see them twice when I was in high school. Still one of my favorite bands from that era. This album was one of my most listened to all through high school. Love these guys.

It was this song that got me absolutley hooked on MIllencolin. Pennybridge Pioneers is still their best work. Just classic fast paced fun punky rock.
Millencolin is a great example of best mates writing awesome music together and sticking to it, to where they are now.
I just got home from their show in Chile.

I saw these guys play this entire album from start to finish at a music festival and all the people I was with had never heard of millencolin, I jumped up and down and danced like an idiot sang all the words to all the songs and my friends were all like okay yeah this is good thanks for making me come watch them with you

I find it great that Millencolin have never split up or lost any band members. It shows how good of friends they really are - not that I am trashing any other bands that have. I still love Lagwagon and Bad Religion, but whatever.

No, you see the video depicts how real the album was. Because I think he spilled his heart on this album, but he left it unsaid for most artists at who he is. Because I think he is the silent type. But when the last song comes on it really spoils the ending of his story. I had on vinyl, listened to it for a year. And it puts a toll on me, too. That he never got a chance to tell you where that one goes.

So I'm a young punk rockin’ rebellious army brat living in Germany circa 1998-2004 and one night my bestie and I were loaded with beers and the devil's lettuce and decided to stay out all night and crash downtown Aschaffenburg by the castle. Well it got cold as heck and boring because everyone went home. We were miserable. Then here comes a group of bad ass German skater punks who bring us to their house and feed us and we jammed out to millencolin tapes all night long and then they dropped us off in the morning. Never got creepy and we had a blast. Where ever y'all are ....thank you dudes. We thought it was so cool that this band happened to be all of our favorites.

i wish i could go back in time and go to a high school party with this type of music playing and everyone just having such a blast with red solo cups kegs and american flags and make out sessions! and throwing girls into pools... ahhh the good ol life..heck..i did have a wonderful college experience in Arizona..but this type of music wasnt big by then..but its good to reminisce..hahaha fuck it!...now im almost done with my PhD in Grad School..im still in my 20s..(29)im going to relive this memory just one more time..maybe this weekend :D Then hanging up the boots and welcoming adulthood
