Wow thank you! I need to share this! Your video resumes in 19 minutes my 3 year research! I lost too many pregnancies and I didn’t find a doctor who would be able/willing to help. Thank you so much DR for addressing this. I decided to take care of my gut health in December of 2018, and by January 2019, I took in after trying for about a year. I didn't know my conception had anything to do with my gut health. After taking in, I just totally ignored my gut health and started eating carelessly (a pregnant woman is eating for 2 I said) in the end, I lost the baby at 7months, because the baby stopped growing. And since then I haven't taken in again. But I just started to do a lot of research and found the correlation between gut health and fertility. I'm so grateful for people like you doctor. I think it’s me. I can get pregnant but had 6 losses between 51/2 and 7 weeks. I’m very lost all my tests have come back fine and my husband sperm analyst was really good.
I accidentally got pregnant at 24, then pregnant again with my ex-husband at 30 and 31. All three miscarried early and the last one required a D&C. I'm now 34 and been trying for 9 months with my fiance with no luck. We are working on getting an RE for consultation and testing, and husband will be getting a semen analysis soon. He is 36, on low-dose SSRIs and has MTHFR mutation (he has been taking methylated folate for many months now, which make his SSRIs work better than before). Lab values are normal except testosterone (83.5 ng/dL) but estradiol, FSH, LH, prolactin, TSH, T3, T4 and vitamin D are all normal. Ultrasounds are normal, cycles are every 28-30 days, and ovulation does happen every month. I suspect PCOS with the high testosterone, but I have no other symptoms or irregularities and this theory was immediately dismissed by my last OB/GYN with no other testing. Just in case, I'm eating and exercising like I have PCOS.

I’m 35 been trying 3 years. Periods became irregular since 2 years ago and found out it was low progesterone. I’ve been on progesterone for over a year and my periods became worse meaning less frequent and much lighter even to the point of not getting my undies dirty (sorry tmi) and now I’ve been getting migraines monthly for almost a year. My LH is taken daily at the same time and it fluctuates constantly as if my body is trying to ovulate but won’t. @@karunasfasioncorner2704 i think castor oil packs help with pcos and polyps. Dr Marc Sklar has a video on castor oil packs. Just key in castor oil pack marc sklar and the video should turn up. Also, eat a diet high in fiber to remove access estrogen. Stick to organic meat and wild caught fish. If this is too expensive, then keep to eating more veg and fruit, less oily food, and cut back on sugar and wheat. It sounds like alot to do, but i truly believe diet can help, so hopefully you do not need surgery in a few months

I thought all those tests would be standard and they would all be made by all couples that have trouble conceiving a baby and that only if everything is done, doctor's would say it is unexplained infertility, because there is really nothing else to test and it is then a mystery why they cannot have a child together and that science and medical testing is still not developed enough to find out the reasons. Me. We did the whole "No prevention" thing or 4+years. Tried for a year. Now 1+years since dx as "unexplained".

You should also have all your other thyroid labs tested.

My gyno advised me a laparoscopy. Do i really need to do is?
Do you have a cyst? Mine went away in less than 2 months after doing castor oil packs daily. I also took neprinol in an empty stomach
