Hello Sir, I used to take the minor breakfast as you narrated. Post that used to take lunch directly, thinking it's enough for breakfast. @@jyoticachoudhary6909 I go for running daily at 4:00 and then after coming back I drink one glass of water garnished with lemon and glucose........when you come back from running , you will feel thirsty so drinking atleat half a LTR. Of water is not that so difficult And hen after some time I drink a glass of milk garnished with almonds and banana ........then get refreshed and get my breakfast at around 9......so this way may help u!!!!!
So easy tips for breakfast: 1. For those who cant afford nutritious breakfast:- keep some banana and milk as a backup. 2 banana and 1 cup milk and some biscuit is enough. 2. You can have roti and milk best desi breakfast. Roti is something everyone can afford. 3. For those who can afford good breakfast: have dry fruits, fruits as ur mini breakfast. Major breakfast have besan chilla, dosa, uttapa, idli sambar, roti sabji, paratha and plus one glass of pure white milk. Plus exercise it one of the routine you should include in your day. Exercise is very important. Just 30 min a day thats it. Be it walking, jogging, yoga, gym, aerobics, dance etc any kind of physical movement is good. The goal is to be physically active. There are so many home workout videos use it and make ur health and studies effective.
