A lot of the HEEL HOOK finishes we see lately seem to be coming from this position, the Cross Ashi (Honey Hole) & if you end up this deep in the position, you're running out of options.

I was just teaching someone the smooth criminal a couple of days ago, and I mentioned that I wasn't aware of it having a specific name. Now I've got something to call it!

Almost all. I would say generally it is is the wrong idea to “pull out” of a sub of any variety unless it’s so loose you’re basically out already
