Thank you! So great to see. Started watching Time Team by accident and found, like others I could not stop! I have re-watched and will continue to do so cause it's just great!

The behind the scenes still photos give insight into what a tremendous production each episode required - not even accounting for the post-production voice overs and editing. This gives new meaning to the “Team” in Time Team.
Thank you, Guy, for sharing your photo album with fans of Time Team.
Also, your music selection is so soothing, I could listen to the music without viewing the photos. In a world gone mad, I need a steady dose of more of this calming music if I only knew where to find it.
    Best regards,
    A fan
(I purchased your book, Roman Britain, which I cannot recommend highly enough.)

Thank-you for sharing your memories. Time Team is an oasis of smart and good in a world that has too much stupid and evil.

Thank you so much Guy , so many memories , I seen maybe every TimeTeam video at least 4 times. Thats the only bit that i look back on and still finding it so relaxing and informative. recognised lots of artifacts and even sites. Great job. I follow many other archaeology sites as a result of TimeTeam. Your lectures as I call them, are riveting and make me go search further ..

Thanks for sharing Guy. Great photos and that last one is rather special, I can see why you left it to the end. I've just started metal detecting on a new permission next to a Roman Road, and the owner thinks he has a previously unrecorded villa on his site. When I go there I can't help thinking about Time Team sometimes, and how lovely it would have been to have got the old crew down to investigate. Now it's starting up again, who knows - if I find solid evidence of a villa (or mansio - it's next to a Roman Road), I might be getting in touch with the new production team!

I just binged all 20 seasons and what impressed me the most was the quality of the sound. Almost always outdoors with wind and weather and even when Tony or Phil turned away from the camera, every word was crisp and clean. Nice to see the mics and booms and sound personnel in your pics. Brilliant.

Wonderful photos Guy. I think it's funny how you have that way of being like "Been there, done that.....next!" when talking of your time with Time Team. Would love to see you back with them but totally get why you are going in another direction. Looking forward to more of your clips on ancient civilizations and maybe some aviation ones as well!

This is great Guy - thanks so much for posting it. Loved the one of Phil in the trench full of muck as they uncovered the Bombers.... always great to see how much of a TEAM went into creating the show.

Thank you for posting this. A great historical record, and in it's own way an archaeological dig in a way. Lots of great memories of Time Team episodes remembered with the addition of new footage/information.

Hello Guy, sorry this is a bit off topic... flicking through Netflix recently, I see there are two films based around the lost Ninth legion - Centurion and The Eagle (based on a Rosemary Sutcliffe book). Have you ever published anything on the Ninth? It would be very interesting to get a more evidence based idea of what happened, rather than the Hollywood spin. Cheers

I bet we could match the time stamp to the video pics using clothing etc to identify the episodes some of these were taken from.

Really great show and music. :) Your mic still seems very low.
