@@CharlieTheCookAndrews I never used any Paul Prudhomme magic seasonings until I found this channel. I do now though. Poultry magic makes a huge difference in my fried chicken and gumbo. I put Tony on everything though Haha

Once again. Well done sir. I usually use buttermilk, Sriracha, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning salt and cornmeal seasoned with onion powder and garlic powder, along with my classic old bay seasoning. But overall, well done!! 10/10.

Thank you for showing us the real New Orleans way to fry shrimp. My mama, my grandma, my friends' mamas and grandmas and local restaurants do the egg dip, the batter and then fry. TV chefs always tell you do dry, wet then dry. Flour, egg then fry. Nobody does that. Your marinade and your spice combinations are new to me and I will try them as soon as I get me some nice shrimp. Also your presentation is great. Thanks. I would choke on the tails though.
