Hey Kevin! How I trained banana to come was I kept treats in my pocket so when he knows to “come” without treats then I’ll give him some treats. After we started no treats and even if he smells the treats that’s why he’s coming… after 2 round of no treats: Left side to right and right side to left = 2 rounds After 2 rounds he gets a treat so he can know what it’s like without treats. He’s 4 months old😅

I mean, I am planning on taking him on a walk at early morning, like 5-6 am, and afternoon, like 5-6 pm. And maybe, if he gets too needy to potty, at night before I get to sleep. Is it okay?

Hi Kevin, Katie, Ellie and Emma! I love how all of you are, so positive, adorable and exciting. I just got a Golden Retriever puppy 2 days ago and what I have noticed is that he barks when he's demanding something and stresses out my older dogs. I wonder if you have any tips on how to train this behaviour as I can't seem to find information on puppy training. He was demanding to go on the couch yesterday and wouldn't stop barking until I lifted him up. I understand that he misses his siblings and parents but I'm afraid of this turning into a bad behaviour in the future. If you have any tips for this, I would really appreciate it. Maybe Emma can suggest something?)) Did Ellie and Emma have demanding barking when they just came home?

We try to redirect with something that Emma is supposed to chew, such as a toy.
