Regarding the squats, I have been told not to bend that far, oops now I see you just answered that! Guessing because of the triangles you are standing on!

It would really depend on WHY they told you that. Your body needs to move and it is important to go down as far as you can and safely work on allowing the knees to move in a full range of motion (which would require them to go past your toes to improve dorsiflexion). If you have foot drop or lack of mobility of the feet, the wedges elevate the heels to help improve your ankle range of motion, thus allowing you get deeper in the squat. If you have a hip, spinal or shoulder issue, you will want to address that first and then see how that affects your squats. We hope that helps!!

What could you use to elevate your heels if you don't have those foam triangles?

Try a book or two books to create that angle. The wedges are super cheap on Amazon: OPTP Slant (Pair) - Foam Incline Slant Boards for Calf, Ankle and Foot Stretching a.co/d/fLqqBKQ

i cant really control my right foot ankle and when walking its super hard to lift the upper feet in my right leg...then i started doing pistol squats (one leg squats) will that help ;)...im super depressed and not confident just because of my right leg

Hi. A pistol squat is a tough movement that requires a lot of hip strength and core stability. I would suggesting working on hip, foot, and ankle fundamentals first. How did these exercises feel? We also have had a ton more options on our site: online.theneurostudio.com/catalog with a FREE 14-day trial.

Look into electric cell signaling to prepare nerves

@@bm7654 while electric stim can certainly be helpful you still need to work on actively control and strengthening the feet through a range of motion. You can do them at the same time, but not everyone has access to a device. Thanks for commenting.
