- This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with!!! We have bought parts from the worst possible company and its starting to all come together. We are getting treated in the most unprofessional way ever and we're tired of it. Hope you guys can learn this lesson from us and avoid certain sellers in the future. Thanks For Watching!!!

I would expose that company ! Say who they are before they scam someone else
I too would expose the company dealing with them in good faith and they treats you shabby and turn them into ebay
Just call your bank and report fraud, get that refund
Unfortunately in Goonzquad their case the stakes are higher, the company could possibly sue them for slander and defamation if they don't bring enough proof to the table. The company can twist statements, and get their lawyers to eat them up for a hefty financial compensation and take the video down. Unfortunately that is the flaw of the law system, sometimes scumbag companies get the win after already dumping garbage on people. Hence why the boys are being careful with what they say, it's just a precautionary measure to insure the company doesn't try pulling a fast one on them.
Except for one problem you bought it online and they can just claim that the parts left our facility just fine it's something they did to the part .
If you paid with a credit card, contact them and report the merchant sold you something that was not advertised. They can pull the money back from their account and refund you if it's not been too long.
Expose the company. Make a video documenting your experience with them, and name the company. Then send them a link to the video. They may decide to work something out with you after that. It's not like they can sue you for telling the truth.

Unfortunately it's not that easy, stuff like this is very iffy. The company can sue for defamation and slander if claims are not backed up correctly. Even though they might be in the right, if the company goes to court and the court doesn't find there's enough proof to back up the claims they could face hefty financial compensation and losing the video or it's revenue. You'd be surprised how many times companies file cases like these secretly.
@@testaccountusa4828 you can't get sued for telling the truth. Period. You'd be surprised how many UA-camrs make videos exposing faulty business deals with shady companies, and then the company fixes their mistake and makes it right. It's not that complicated.
Sorry to hear about your parts, lots of bogus parts suppliers out there selling junk. Live and learn .

Should definitely name and expose the company. You have 2.5 million viewers, many that watch because they too work on and rebuild cars. Obviously, exposing them wont fix your situation but it could save your viewers from the same scam. You guys seem like genuinely nice guys that wouldn't want to go at another company but better a scammer be called out than a viewer with less resources find themselves in the same situation. @@offhandacoustic Maybe you're hard of hearing or you're just too lazy to watch the whole video but the guys said the ads misrepresented the products. That, by definition, is a scam and should be brought to light before others waste their money. Not only that but it is a company with poor customer service, that refuses to back the product they're selling.
File a fraudulent claim with your credit card company assuming you paid with a credit card. You should be covered through them for any products that are damaged or sold as not as described.
Problem is they already worked on the product and the products are not in the condition they bought. So the lawsuit will not move forward.

They should at leaste talk with ebay. When I was buying and selling alot they worked with me on some C5R head lights Cali decided to shove a pokeing prod through one of the lenses checking for weed. If you have insurance on the product, the boys will be able to receive some compensation and review and possible lock on their bank accounts
@@OGRacer2020 For sure I commented before I saw they actually worked on the components. I would of stopped payment on those parts as soon as I saw they were not as described or just poor quality.
@@PsunnProductions yeah that's key dont touch it before you file the claim. I wrote my comment before I finished the video and saw that they tried to fix the parts. They are stuck now but hopefully in the future they read this and file against their credit card next time. There are a lot of buyer protections with them. Thats the problem buying anything off eBay with all the knock off parts and scammers.
That sucks guys. When you first mentioned you had purchased aftermarket body parts and V-tuned mentioned the fender issues I had a feeling you were going to run into issues. I've never had great luck with aftermarket body parts. I hope you get this sorted out. Good luck!
This might save the front bumper for you. To repair the stress fractures use Wurth Fixall and fiberglass matting together on the back side. Sand with coarse grit. Lay out a coat of Fixall and press the matting in, lay another coat of Fixall over that. From the front side work the Fixall in to the joint of the crack from then apply a smooth over coat. Sand, fill and prime. In addition to bumpers, rockers and other plastic body panels, I have fixed a number of THULE type (including one that was crushed from the top in a parking garage) vehicle toppers that have a ton of flex when in operation. 10+ years and I have not witnessed a single repair failure. Love what you all are doing, keep it up!

Just send a lawsuit their way and see how they react to that. Getting a lawyer to write up paperwork for a lawsuit is cheaper than dealing with that bs and being out 34k

You guy are too nice. Anyone putting out bad merchandise needs to be exposed. 10K for some molded composite materials? You both are righteous. I say to the shady company putting bad merchandise "whatsoever a man/person sows that shall they also reap."
Document every blemish/damage then sue the company, add on expenses, time and labor and watch them settle out of court.
I can't believe they are continuing to work on them. They should have stopped immediately as soon as they figured out they were not as advertised. I can't believe they are even considering using those crap parts on the car.

If they paid with a credit card they can dispute the charge. If they specifically used a MasterCard, MasterCard offers buyer protection with every purchase. They could file a claim and most likely get it fully reimbursed. Also, MasterCard will absolutely cut their business off from being able to use their payment system. Bottom line, they have options and they shouldn't be afraid of pursuing those options.
19:48 - sure there is. Chargeback on your creditcard, then get a lawyer. Once ebay gets a legal notice threatening action for their failure to police sellers on their platform, your situation will likely be made right in a snap. Don't just let these scammers walk away.
They did not buy from eBay. They found out later that the company also sells on eBay.
E-bay has NOTHING to do with this, that company that sold the parts is the problem. e-bay is just the middle man they dont sell the parts

Lawsuits are in order for misrepresentation of their products. I’m seriously tired of companies screwing over the consumer yet getting top dollar for subpar craftsmanship. Need to seriously cut off import from several overseas companies/countries. Put the company name on blast as well so no one else gets screwed over by them.

Y’all need to put the name of the scam artists out there so no one else gets screwed. They can’t sue you for slander since you have the evidence and the receipts for the items they sold you. There needs to be some kind of recourse for when you get taken to the cleaners.
I put all DarwinPro parts on my 911.1 and they are ok, not the best. The front bumper was a similar situation to your rear bumpers, fiberglass and TONS of work to get it right. My fenders with the carbon inserts are really wavy, I just wrapped over them for now but this winter Ill be sanding them down to remove the waviness. The only part I absolutely love is the all carbon rear spoiler just like yours. I think from here on out Ill order ALL CARBON as it comes so much smoother and would be easier to paint and work with that at first. Great video guys!

Guys, I would really take it further or name and shame. Warn potential other people so that they do not fall in that trap. I would consult with a lawyer to get their opinion on the matter. Then call these guys back and let them know your intentions. They need to understand that if the word spreads in the UA-cam community they would be done. Check out the Porsche video from Cleetus. He took Copart to book on his channel and they took the Porsche back. Something they wouldn’t do otherwise.

Nobody was or is forced to buy any merchandise from Goonzquad, and to correct you here, they didn't sell scrap metal to anyone, kids or adults, not that kids would be able to buy anything without an adult anyways, those metal scraps were just a free thing they chucked in with some orders, so get it right first, Karen!

@@jio7270 I agree with that, but Ebay has a very excellent money back guarantee, if you show Ebay that you didn't get what you paid for and is not as it was described, they give you the money back no questions asked and they deal with the company themselves, if the guys knew the company sold parts through Ebay, they should've bought them in there in case something went wrong and they had the guarantee of getting their money back, i'm not saying they weren't going to get scammed on Ebay but they could've gotten their money back.

The company didn't mess up. They did exactly what they set out to do, sell misrepresented parts. Happens all the Time from individuals on Facebook to mega corporations and it's disgusting.

You should name and shame the company.
Also as soon as parts arrive you should thoroughly check them and immediately contact the company if there is a problem, if they have been lying around for weeks or months the company can turn around and say you caused the damage or you didn't store them correctly or something.
I had this worry as soon as they said they weren't going OEM on the bumper... you don't do that kind of thing on a car like this. Of course, there's a significant price difference, but it's justified. Also, if a future seller becomes aware that it's an aftermarket kit, it will dramatically impact the price. I hope they learn that there's sometimes an advantage to spending more. This is a clear case of that.
I thought they said they did go OEM that's why it was so much for all the parts. They got OEM used parts and the parts were in terrible condition which would of been better to just get a brand new one or slightly used. If they put a kit on it then I don't think it would be more than 30 grand for that.

These guy got scam yes, but turn to public for riot will make it worst. but they didn't do their research before buying the bumper. They get better luck with China replica gt2 rs kit. For 1/2 the cost. Lesson here don't rush to buy parts from non reputable company.

Sure maybe they could have saved the hassle had they done more research and seen the previous bad reviews, but regardless the part seller didn't sell them what they paid for - a NEW OEM bumper. Then refused to work with them to resolve the issue.
Credit card dispute is when people would actually listen. You have the proof and your credit card company should definitely do something about it. What a damn shame, but I’m glad you guys trying to make the best out of it
It worked for me once. There was a lot of back and forth with the vendor until I filed the claim with the credit card. Money was posted on my account within a day or two. This company went out of their way to fix everything to get their money.

@terminatorhavok I don't think it matters. Credit cards react to a claim of a fraudulent transaction. They will have to submit an additional info. In my case it was all handled during a single phone conversation with the bank where you are asked to explain the grounds of your claim.
Hey Guys! I'm sorry for the front bumper disaster. I bought a $4300 engine for my Excursion and the seller said it was low mile 51,000 mile engine. When it came, it was greasy, muddy and obviously much higher mileage. My local Ford dealer, service mgr. and diesel mechanic came and looked it over, stating, "there's no way this engine has less than 300,000 miles on it and they wouldn't use in anything before it was completely rebuilt.
I tried to resolve the differences with the seller. Just like your situation, he refused to help. I contacted ebay and PayPal. The seller sent a home made forged letterhead from a "supposed Ford/GM dealer (the logos were not even lined up straight on the paper and they said this place was an expert who confirmed the legitimacy of the engine. Ebay and PayPal sided with me and they sent me my money back, 100%. It might take you a little communication with ebay and Paypal, but I believe through experience that you can get your money back. Ebay needs to step in. People think these kids have it made building cars and making videos but I personally see how hard they work. I work very close to their shop. They are there early every morning and still there working when I go home. On weekends too. I commend you guys and hope you keep up the good/ hard work!

17:22 After getting burnt by seller's a couple times on ebay, I no longer buy expensive stuff on there unless I can make the drive to inspect FIRST, before any money changes hands.
Next time as soon as you get parts in give the company a shout out. It’ll automatically put them out if they are shady and since there is no ill intent at the time of naming them, no one can say anything about being named (and in this case shamed).

Sorry to hear that guys. It seems like you use E-bay a lot----I do too. Their customer service usually helps me out when I have a problem. If the seller won't try and help you out, try getting E-bay's customer service involved.
Damn boys.... i'am a mechanic from craft i work as and big forklift operator and i fix my company cars, trucks, forklifts and any stuff like that... It hurt me when i see companies doing such things to the people that basicly put a bread on their tables... this is just a clear disrespect... If the company is not working with you guys then talk to your credit card company to see if there is anything that you can do. They will likely issue a charge back for item not as described.
Thats why this days i am not useing paypal anymore ...!It is wroset seens Elon Musk sold it to Ebay ..!In the past i worked only with paypal but this days credit cards are much better to worked with and they give you very good deal on the credits if you know what are you doing with your life ...!

There's a very easy way to fix this issue up. Complete a charge back on your credit card. The parts aren't as advertised so that alone will get you a refund from your bank then they will pursue the company that did you dirty
Expose the company! Save someone else the heartache that you have experienced.

It's easy to tell others to do something, but I wouldn't hand them up without consulting an attorney. They have themselves and families to support and getting involved in a urinating contest is not what they are about.
They paid too much money to take the high road and suck up the L. They should be demanding what they paid for, and if at this point it means name and shame, so be it. It's business and numbers, nothing to do with being raised right.

Hey guys, FYI, just remember if it rains enough that drain pipe could float. If your ditches fill with water, that pipe could basically, possibly float up out of the dirt. It might not but if that clay doesn’t have enough weight to hold it down up it will come. I’ve seen it come up before, if you don’t packet very good. It would really suck because you’ll have to pull all the pipe out of the way and re-dig your ditches to bury it again. Hope you see this and think about it.
And make drawing of the pipes' location!
I dont know why they didnt bury the pipes a bit deeper. An inch or two of dirt on top is not enough.

I am a retired plumber you’re correct about the floating. Also if that thin pipe is laying next to a rock or any sharp object it will wear a hole in it and that will draw mud into the system and ruin the holding tanks. We would put sand underneath and all around the pipe

I live in Stuttgart where Porsche is built, I deliver tires to the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen and the Porsche development center Weissach, and I called a friend who works at the Porsche plant, and he said that quality control would never let that go out. And this is not common. He watched your video and said you were told BS.

@@042452 if I had the money to buy a car like this. I wouldn't be worried too much about the insurance covering it. It would probably be a mess around car. Liability would be good enough to just drive on the streets. I also wouldn't buy it with the intention of reselling it either. I've bought way worse without knowing it.
You should do a list of the companies that help you resolving problems and those that don't and we the viewer can ask to see who let you down via email so we don't get burnt by the same companies.

I ran across the exact seller you guys are talking about and the exact same parts you guys bought. I have the seller saved I have the parts saved because I was going to buy them as well so as messed up as this is to say thank for making the mistake reported to eBay and my mother who used to work for eBay has a few contacts and I will make sure that they do not sell these parts again
File a lawsuit. These people should not continue to be able to rip people off like this. Everything is documented, you have all the proof. For that kind of money nobody deserves to get scammed.

Not worth the cost/time. Small claims is limited to $10K and a lawsuit will cost them more than $30K. Pick your battles...you can't just go around suing people for every wrong. They should have had some protection/guarantees before forking over $34K.
@@MikeCris there's alway a class action lawsuit considering how many people they've clearly wronged? But still, they've wasted 30k on parts for a lawsuit they'd clearly win. Likely they would break even, but still worth the effort in my opinion.

If that company doesn’t make it right you need to advise your followers who that company is so they don’t buy from them and get taken advantage of as well. I love your videos keep up the great work!
Dang Son Ebay is dicey at best especially on expensive automotive stuff! When it's a lot of money I pick up in person. If I don't like what I see I walk away only out my traveling expenses. I might get a neg but who cares compared to losing a lot of money! Anyhow I am sure you have learned a valuable lesson on these parts!

There is a saying you will learn. When you're building or buying something, go with the best and you'll only cry once. Cheating out will cost double in the long run.
The schedule 40 or 80 pipe is more expensive but it wont flex under your driveway and crack the pavement.
This is a perfect example of buyer beware, too good to be true and how money makes people do stuff that pisses you off! I have been burned so many times I won't buy used parts without seeing them in person.
I just read that company's refund policy (or lack thereof) and terms and conditions and they are absolutely brutal. They make no bones about the fact that this will happen to their customers and that they don't care.

if you guys payed with cards/bank card, can contact the card company to dispute the issue if the merchant doesnt want to fix it.. many cards carry no liability insurance.

Buy used original parts from wreckers with minor or no damage, and ask the wreckers to take photos for you of the parts so you can decide whether they are good enough condition to suit your needs before you pay any money for them.

Like literally they chopped some damaged parts from the fenders, the hood and whatnot, signed them and sold them fro $100 a piece. Small price to pay 20 grand, for the shenanigans they pulled.

Name and shame.. if you give a company a chance to rectify a ‘listing error’, bad workmanship, listing error etc and they just fob you off then shame them and take them to court… did you buy with a credit card?? Claim your money back…
