Thanks, straight forward for first timers like myself that want to know everything to make sure I am doing it properly. Simple mistakes create a huge dram when learning but simple and thorough explanations like yours are awesome, Thanks again

Hi, after I have created the rules, just like how you did with the same setting, it doesn't automatics popped up as yours (auto matached). What could I have potentially done wrong??

change the first section from " all " to "any", "equal" to "contain", now working!

Hi. Is there a way to do this but 'bulk reconcile' these transactions? I have hundreds of Virgin Wifi bills to reconcile. Is there no way one click will do this?

Yes there is, if your user access is ticked as 'advisor' you can use the cash coding function. Once a rule is set-up you can code them in bulk on the cash coding screen.

May I know how to allocate the percentage for step 4 where there is multiple lines (example parking fees and petrol fees)

If I understand correctly you want to split an expense into multiple lines. To do this on the banking screen you click the create tab on the right and then add details in the corner of the create tab, this opens up the transaction so you can add multiple lines. (Only necessary if you want to split an expense between multiple categories)

I noticed that you skipped the explanation for number 5 - Set the reference.

Intentionally as it's not important in the rule process.

The quality is so bad that I can't even read the screen - it is all fuzzy. Just me?
