  • I drop the mast on my Coronado 25 sailboat, Risque and haul her out of Millerton Lake to as a first step towards a total refit.

    I drove 150 miles, by the time I got home, I was stressed. Just not use to pulling something that big... Catalina 25...

      It certainly is nerve wracking at first
      I have done it a few times now. And I get a little bit more calm about it now but never complacent. It’s not my favorite thing to do. What waters do you sail on?

      Learning on the reservoir in Jackson MS. Then Lake Pontchartrain in LA. Buy a bigger boat then hit the Gulf Coast to the Keys...@@RameyFamily

      @@DellaDeLobos actually I’m on an Alberg 30 right now off the Southern California coast. Channel island sailing. I’m actually a year ahead of what’s being published
      My next boat after this is going to be the new next generation island packet
