Now that's how Guyanese make souse. Other videos I've seen they discard the water the feet was boiled in. That's all the nutrients and glue texture
I know right... I never made souse and was very surprised to find that people throw out the nutritious broth from the chicken feet. This is the first video i found where you keep the broth... this is the one i am going to try.

We never add corn and like you said it’s a pickled we usually add some vinegar try it the next time you make this recipe
But where is the lime or lemon
