How do you know for sure what recep mare the embro will go into if you are not there. Once the recep mare is positively pg do you bring them to your place as soon as you can. Just a grandma here thats loves to watch barrel racing.

I think it's wonderful I love these videos I still am hand breeding my very first insemination where we collected the stud and just directly put it right into the mirror and I still have him he's a son of freckle face smoke 22 or 3 this year it's really amazing how far it is come to get horses here especially out of these horses that are so valuable you can't afford to have a risk

You have a stock to stand her in. Why not give LoLo ice baths on the leg using a large storage tub on the one lower leg (if that's where her injury is)? Athletes do it all the time. Or, are you already doing that?

I believe there's a consideration for all of her present breeding studs to have sire incentives (buckle competitions) for the foals. I haven't researched it, but it's possible that Dash ta Fame (older) might have been breeding-established prior to the current incentives phase. Also, she is establishing her own studs these days too. The sooner those foals become winners, the better for the progeny earning numbers.
Would you ever breed to VS Code Red
Isn't VS Code Red built for a completely different type of competition? He's a star, but not for running fast and cutting around barrels.
No because that horse isn’t a barrel horse. You have to breed for your sport :)
