Yay!! I sure hope Beyonce is able to get the rest and treatment she needs to stay sound. She's so sweet and gorgeous! And Gracie is so good! She's so pretty, I sure hope she takes. She's a good mama. The babies sure seemed to behave pretty well at the vet. I saw Phin's little nose at one point and melted! 😂 I'm praying all goes well for all involved.
Katie i recently found your content and so happy i did. Ive been binge watching your videos. The amount od love u have for every animal on your farm speaks volumes of the person you are. Thank you for sharing with us.

Hi @Rachel, I'm so happy 😁 that Fate brought U into this amazing lovely Page owned by KIND HEARTED, CARING, LOVING KATIE and her precious Animals... Enjoy 🍷
Aww, so exciting!!! Praying for all and hoping Gracie is preggers still in a week!!! Thank you, Katie, for sharing!!! This has helped me soo much to keep my chin up, my Pawpaw went Home to be with God and his wife, my Nannymaw, who went Home last year. ❤️ So, thank you again!!
We had a 98% conception rate on the Standardbred breeding farm i worked on - there were 300 foals born on the farm plus the breeding crew that were outside mares brought in by trailers - between the 7 stallions there were up to 1800-2100 mares bred each year
I am considering doing ET for my Morgan mares also.... I appreciate all that you have posted I think that you have answered more of my questions about the process and I am a little more confident about it going forward. Good luck to Gracie I hope that she retains the pregnancy! BTW, had a new filly foal born here on Mothers day :)
I wanted to say thank you so much! Love your videos and breeding my two mares this year. I had to smile after my one mare was bred and the vet called. I had all the right questions and actually sounded like I knew what I was talking about thanks to your informative videos! ❤
I used to work at a stud farm. We had three stallions and a tease pony. I remember one time when we were doing the first collection of our largest stallion. He filled the AV and it started leaking around the seal. I have never seen anyone run faster. These were rare breed studs and every dose was worth a ton. We only use first collection with instant AI because a lot would be junk from over the winter. Also, we used live mares. One stud would only jump the chestnut mare we had. LOL not good for a breed that is all bays. He also couldn't jump bigger mares. He liked them under 15. I remember this mare that the owners brought that day for live cover. It took several of us to hold this mare on a hill so the stallion could mount. I bet we looked a fright for those owners. Trying to keep the mare from falling down the hill. God I am glad that mare caught. We also had a new catcher freak and run off. Causing the mare to be bred by her full brother. SOOOO.... That was a fun one.
This is so amazing thank you for doing this love all your videos…I just love how Gracie just is so chill she loves being a mommy 🙏🙏🙏she holds onto that baby…
I LOVE your breeding stuff content, could wach it all day long. I'm a small breeder with 3 mares, so I'm excited to see more of your videos ❤. Thank you!
How are U doin today @Mary? Hey Mary, when it comes to KATIE and hér videos, I can humbly tell U rn that it's so hard to chose a favorite video, bc all videos seems to be exactly thesame, they are all so informative, fun and Breath-taking to watch
Katie all of your videos are so informative and very enjoyable to watch. Ive learned so much in the short time ive been watching.. amd loving the longer video's i could watch you all day.
Hahahaha 😁 @Rachel, this is just the beginning of ur daily happiness, U ain't seen 👀 nothing yet, just strap up ur seatbelt and stay glued for more fun, loving, informative videos from KATIE
Yay Katie!!! That was soooo awesome, I am so happy it all went so smoothly. You have my prayers that Gracie holds that baby!! And once again Dang girl that vet!!!
I want to thank you, so much. Even though I grew up on a working farm and I am a nurse I am learning so much from you. We didn't raise horses, just everything else, and breeding is very similar to cattle...I just never knew that you could take an embryo from one horse and implant it in another. This is so interesting I was actually hoping he would say it was on the house so you could stay and video more 😂😂
When travel with a horse that has a injury to its leg that can make them go lame try and get a splint on it for support while traveling because my best friends mare had the same problem as your mare and the farrier had made a shoe with a splint to support her hoof and leg because if the farrier did not do that the mare could end up put to sleep and the mare is now got more then one foal and the mare is of good breeding
I wondered the same but if her foot is anything like my husbands wrist, if he fell on it with the brace it not only wouldn't protect it but could have actually made it worse. He could have completely destroyed the bone above where it ended, or below.
They have a similar thing for dogs. Looks like a stuffed animal, it has a container inside it with a baggie and when the dog has done his business, you just remove the container and seal up the baggie!!
I'm watching old videos...
That little embro becomes Seven the fighter foal!
The little embryo that could
I was just thinking this
I was just thinking the same thing!! It’s single cell Seven! ❤
I feel like Gracie is up for anything. She always understands the assignment and gets it done. A no drama mama! She’s my favorite!
This comment aged well 🤣 Gracie became a drama mama for sure having him 8 weeks early 🤣
katie tryin to explain that particular process and trying to get around the algorhythm is the funniest thing
also yay the conception of baby Seven
So interesting! Please thank your vet for us for being so willing to be on camera and explain things. It’s very cool. 😊

Love Miss Gracie always so sweet and cooperative
You definitely need to do a Q&A with your vet. If he had a UA-cam channel, it would take off instantly!

Can't wait to see Gracie be a mama again next year. Beyonce deserves a break and hopefully this treatment helps her.
Your explanation of ‘it’ made me laugh so hard! 😂
I love that the doc is so passionate about his job!

Beyoncé is stunning! Gracie I feel like I would love to be around. She seems like such a sweet mamma mare. Beautiful mares and little babies!

Gracie is a good girl.
Petey might be a gentleman, but his brother isn’t, lol. Let’s hope that Gracie’s sweet disposition rubs off on this one as well.

Love watching your content
Very educational!
Thanks for sharing with us
That was so interesting. Thanks for sharing .....A baby horse in a straw WOW !!! ❤
Success!!!
Hi Katie. I’m so fascinated with the process of embryo transfer. What’s the estimated cost from start to finish for one horse transfer or AI?
Katie, just a question couldn't you put her leg in a brace or something to protect it when she travels.
I wondered the same but if her foot is anything like my husbands wrist, if he fell on it with the brace it not only wouldn't protect it but could have actually made it worse. He could have completely destroyed the bone above where it ended, or below.
Lol she's gonna give a bad yelp review. Starved to death 😅 her and her food😅
They have a similar thing for dogs. Looks like a stuffed animal, it has a container inside it with a baggie and when the dog has done his business, you just remove the container and seal up the baggie!!
do you think a ramp would help with getting the horse on and off
So fascinating!! I absolutely love your content! ❤
That is the first I have noticed how teeny tiny Gracie is ❤
This is all so fascinating love it…
Thank you for sharing 😊
Do horses ever get something like "morning sickness"? I know they cannot throw up, but do they maybe not feel good?
Can you explain more why she needs to be backed off? I know it’s because of her injury, I’m interested in the explanation for it?
I learned something new today and I feel sick... the horses eyes are dull, you use them as a fabric. Do you believe it is good or only for the money?
That was so cool to see
“IT” 😂😂😂😂
I live in the Nashville area. What vet did you use for this procedure? Looking into using it on my mare
Great job!🎉
Great educational videos!!
Really enjoy your videos. 👍
Great video Katie❤ Keep them coming!!
Phin says not today sir not today 😂😂
Is there horse IVF? I'm just curious. I'm sure if there is, it isn't cheap, but I am wondering about the success of that versus the transfer process.
AI is horse IVF. Similar process but different species
Wonderful video.
Great video
