This situation will only change if Biden or A future Dem president adds more justices to the court. He would have to have a majority in the senate and filibuster would have to go away also.

So, I think that elementary school was when we started leaning about the founding of the United States, the reasons for the revolution and the principles. Of the many beliefs and goal was that we did not royalty - kings or queens . No one was above the law. This has been reinforced at nearly every turn - from Washington refusing to take a third term to Nixon resigning rather than facing impeachment and criminal trial. Now SCOTUS has thrown all of that out the door. We lived for over 200 years without immunity for a president. We don’t need it now. IMPEACH the majority signees of this decisions.

Article 3 section 2 of the constitution gives Congress the power to make regulations and exceptions for Supreme Court jurisdiction. Quoted: “In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.” A democratic Congress could do this. It would only require a majority, not two thirds.

Article 3 section 2 of the constitution gives Congress the power to make regulations and exceptions for Supreme Court jurisdiction.
