The US military has invested in mental health professionals on the Eisenhower aircraft carrier, including a psychologist, several doctors, chaplains and other enlisted behavioral health experts to keep sailors’ morale high amid challenging Red Sea Houthi campaign, the carrier's commander tells Al Arabiya English.
