It´s a snazzy solution, but you could have just gotten a 30USD lift pump that would run when the main pump runs, takes about 1A and would keep the reservoir full, another option would have been to take out a jet pump from a BMW fuel tank and just use that.
What you have there is reliant on the amount of return flow, which of course usually is plenty, a pump has no such relations. That is but one a reason why jet pumps aren´t used in race cars but lift pumps are.@@someguy325es I should ad that an even better solution and cheaper solution would have been to just dump the return fuel into the reservoir and have a 2mm hole at the bottom of the seperator plate.

How is that better than this which cost like $15 and can never fail and takes no wiring? I don’t have any bmw fuel tanks.
that venturi pump is superior. When it is set, it never fails or draw any power and no excess wiring.
