You're welcome. I am planning on drilling my own shallow/ground water well for lawn, garden, cars, boats and fish cleaning. Am I correct in understanding that some pumps use an internal venturi...rather than one that is remote? If our first well is successful, we want to drill/jet a second one with the long range plans of geothermal heating/cooling. Again...thanks for a concise and informative video. :)
Sorry jaymax9560, wish I could help. We just produce the media. We rely on our local industry and education systems for the technical expertise. Maybe one of our viewers will see your question and can help. Thanks for watching.
the normal pumps are not practical for real world water well applications ( they can only lift water about 16feet) that is when you use a Jet pump this pumps can lift up to 230ft
Good video. I need to draw water over 25 feet. I have a 2 inch pipe in the ground now. Is there a jet system I can use? By the illustration I am guessing the pipe needs to be wider?
I have connected a 1/2 inch pipe to my centrifugal pump and the automatic pressure controller would not turn the pump off. Is it because the pump is not making enough suction?
roflex2 THE THING YOU TALKING ABOUT IS SAME AS WE USE ELECTRIC MOTORS IN OUR HOUSES TO SUCK WATER OUT OF CORPORATION LINE AND DISCHARGE IT TO THE OUTLET LINES. BUT JET PUMPS ARE USED TO SUCK WATER FROM DEEP UNDERGROUND AND DISCHARGE IT TO GROUND LEVEL WHICH REQUIRES VERY HIGH CAPACITY CENTRIFUGAL PUMP IF NOT JET PUMP. JET PUMP HAS ONE EXTRA ATTACHED PART KNOWN AS JET ASSEMBLY.
just one thing , i am not clear with the technicality, how is the vaccum being created and the underground water being sucked through the foot valve because of the "water" flowing through venturi. i hope i am right with the fact that the "water" here i am talking about is the water already filled in the lines and the centrifugal pump. PLEASE BRIEF. ANYONE ?
Thank you Flyboytr!! I'm glad it helped. We appreciate the feedback.
Hi, may I use this video for my presentation?
Well explained very useful video. Thanks Bro.
Very good explanation. I have had some confusion trying to understand what does what in a jet pump. THANKS!!! :)
Sellopump ko kese repair kare
Thats brief and informative. 🙏
Very nice explanation and also animation ...thank you so much
Thanks, this helped me understand the concept a bit better
Thanks, we appreciate the feedback!
nice explanation
Well described. However, you didn't say what the "radio" with two black feet does?

Nice explain tq sir
what are the advantages of jet pump over the normal pump??

you rockkkkkkkkkk !! thanxx so much !! I luv pumps:-P
What do you call the pipe fitting that is at the end of the drive line, inserted in the suction line?
Wow! Good video helps big time thanks
Is it suitable for 2inch pipe
Hi I want to know
Iam planning to borewell 200 sqft which is best jet pump please suggest me
Jet pumps are designed for shallow wells. If you're going 200ft deep I would suggest using a submersible well pump.
Thanks for explaining
Is it possible to install a jet pump having three holes.. by the use of only two holes?
Just to pump 10feet above ground..
Why would you use a jet pump vs just putting an identically sized centrifugal pump on the intake without the jet, surely that would be more efficient?

you cannot suck water from more than just over twenty feet. Deeper than that and it must be pushed from below

I have double drop jet pump.its not pumping.please help me

Iwant to know some application for jet pump ??
these pumps are used for water well, when you need a big suction lift over 25ft
just one thing , i am not clear with the technicality, how is the vaccum being created and the underground water being sucked through the foot valve because of the "water" flowing through venturi.

PLEASE BRIEF. ANYONE ?
The nozzle forces wather through a suction chamber to create a vaccum, permitting atmospheric pressure to force water into the suction chamber
@@hansph00508 can you explain more clear??
I love use Avasva Solutions for that issue.
