Itu didalam base box nya kan ada sekitar 10 mur tnut ya. Fungsinya utk apa bos?, apa untuk adjusment agar rel box bawah dan atas biar bisa span. gimana cara kerjanya, karna dinding rel kiri kanannya di sekrup mati.
Betul sekali mas itu untuk adjuster span antar rell, klo diperhatikan lebih dalam itu skrup matinya ke masing2 wall ter pisah hanya saja pada saat sudah span kita matikan lagi sama skrup kedinding utama
sepertinya lubang depan belakang itu untuk adjusment rel nya lalu mur tnut nya bisa di kencangkan, istimewa mas projek mu,,kalo boleh bisa cantum kan link pembelian seluruh bahan yng di gunakan,,,
yes, there are a stopper in the end of the rail slider if you see in the video I put 12mm plywood just like cover thing with U shape and square that is actually the stopper. and to insert the ball bearing inside the rails i have to insert the aluminum plate (ball bearings holder) half way in and half way out before I insert top slider and the bottom slider together (watch closely when I start putting the aluminum plate between the top and the bottom slider) you'll see. I hope you get the idea
so to add the ball bearing you will need 4 hands to do that, one guy from the outside and another guy from the inside rails in the same time as you push the slider in, and when the slider line up together the ball bearings will be on the center of the slider and that will give the slider maximum travel distance
Itu cuman buat geser 2 bagian kanan sama kiri aja biar relnya lebih rapat, paling nyetting itu hanya diawal aja mas, maaf untuk iti saya lupa videoin, sekarang semua sudah terkalibrasi saya malas bongkar dan kalibrasi ulang😁
OK, now let's see how it gets mounted to a DeWalt or sawstop or delta. What keeps the ball bearings in place? Why don't they just fall out as you slide the table back and forth? Also, why is the sliding table at a different level than the main table? It looks like it's about 4 inches below the main deck... How does THAT work....how do you operate that machine without chopping your arms off? The way the slider works is excellent.
