Tamer Ciftci or maybe it’s because he is very enthusiastic in his reviews even if he gives it a bad score. His got a lot fun qualities when his giving his reviews. I’ve never been interested in any racing/sport games and yet when he does those reviews, it’s actually gets me interested in those games. I would love to see him do more reviews outside of racing/sport but he doesn’t have as much experience with other types of games.
Losr exactly right. I’m not just saying this because he gives games I’m hyped about high scores but because he’s always being specific, giving it much detail as possible, showing a lot of enthusiasm and really makes you really want to play these games he reviewed on. He has done a review outside sports/ racing games and that was Red Dead Redemption 2 which was an outstanding review and I couldn’t believe of how well he did the review

I mean, you can treat it as a 10/10, the game is great, but it lacks that special something, innovation, the 10/10 is given for games that forever changed the whole fate of the genre, this game is an amazing game, but it doesn't set a new standard for skateboarding games.
I also only played 3 on a console but the first game I played was pro skater 2 on my game boy color as a kid and so the idea of playing this again with those memories is crazy to me.

This is one of the most epic set of games in all of entertainment history. Across all boards. Buy this game in support of all the musical artists who helped make this game unforgettably memorable and epic for us who played it as a youth. My heart goes out to Everyone who missed out on this colossal classic.
So happy this is actually living up to the originals' reputations. Went in with very low expectations, but was overwhelmed with how much content and heart was put into this game. I never knew how much I missed this. Tony Hawk is back!
After that disastrous THPS5 game, this is a classic game that has saved the franchise. Brilliant and a true nostalgia trip for newcomers and veterans. 9 out of 10.
I would like to see a TH underground 1 + 2 but I am afraid that we will only receive some levels of the TH underground 1 + 2 through dlc in the proskater 1 + 2 since the game comes from activision lol
I was kinda young when these two games came out so THPS4 and The Underground games where more my jam. Really crossing my fingers that this game sells well that they get around to those remakes. :)

This game is nothing short of amazing. It gives me a lot of hope that the franchise has officially righted the boat with this one. More over, though, it gives me hope for what would be the ULTIMATE Tony Hawk experience: Tony Hawk's Underground 1+2 Remastered.

Imagine if this was just a basic port with the same assets, graphics, framerate and a resolution bump, but still cost $60. And was only available for sale for 6 months, digitally and physically. That's Super Mario 3D All-Stars for you.
first Crash Trilogy, then Spyro Trilogy, then Destroy All Humans remake, now this, and in a months time Crash 4, call me crazy but this year for me is one of the best years in gaming period!. Feels like I just stepped into a temporal anomaly taking me back to the glory 90s - early 2Ks, the games that defined my childhood and got me into gaming even more. What's even crazier you don't even have to be in the skate culture to enjoy the THPS series. The super arcadey feel chaining insane combos and grinding rails in just about every place you can imagine is what made these games super addicting back in the day to even the ones that weren't into skating to begin with

Vicarious Visions really did a great job with the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake. I know thar developer also worked on the Game Boy Advance ports of the Pro Skater series. I had Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 on the GBA and I loved it.

I only played pro skater 3. I loved that game as a kid and remember how frustrating getting some of the collectibles were

I started with 2, but played 3 and 4 the most. At least this has the handling and connective trick types from 3 and 4 like reverts.

first Crash Trilogy, then Spyro Trilogy, then Destroy All Humans remake, now this, and in a months time Crash 4, call me crazy but this year for me is one of the best years in gaming period!. Feels like I just stepped into a temporal anomaly taking me back to the glory 90s - early 2Ks, the games that defined my childhood and got me into gaming even more. What's even crazier you don't even have to be in the skate culture to enjoy the THPS series. The super arcadey feel chaining insane combos and grinding rails in just about every place you can imagine is what made these games super addicting back in the day to even the ones that weren't into skating to begin with
Alright never played these games back in the day but this looks cool. I just have one question, I see the clothing and accessories menu... can we create our own character or is it just editing a set character?
So Is there Split Screen Multiplayer? I feel like IGN constantly avoids mentioning local multiplayer in EVERY game review. Annoying 😾
Yes there is. There is also a pretty robust online mode they failed to mention

Vicarious Visions really did a great job with the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake. I know thar developer also worked on the Game Boy Advance ports of the Pro Skater series. I had Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 on the GBA and I loved it.
