Thanks. Actually I just had idea 💡 for a short film which I wanted to make. But I think I will make couple of short films before the main one.I hope it will be not as stressful as on UA-cam videos because I am not a good leader. I can't scream on people
Great video! Agree with all your points here. At the end of the day, it all comes down to focus and commitment no matter the specific path you choose. I think most importantly, it's good to know that film school isn't the only path into the industry.
I'm a Creative Director in the commercial/corporate agency space and from a hiring perspective, whether or not someone has gone to film school doesn't really factor into my decision making. I care about the person's experience, character, and most importantly what they've done/learned from the opportunities they've had.

With your comment on Fortune 500 companies, does this mean if you have on set experience as a PA, working your way up from there to maybe an editor. Companies like Disney, Netflix etc won't hire you because you don't have a film degree (this is on if you choose not to go to film school)
