Hey Nose man, do you know if it's possible to change any attribute of an object like the fillet on a cube for example, using fields? So we can have a random fillet radius on ever y cube.
Any tips on how to get this rig to drive the color? On a regular noise you can drive the color of the sphere so that just the ridges of the displacement might take a color. would it need to be xpresso in this case? vertex map or shader effector?
@@noseman yes he does as it is 2020 and this tutorial will stand the test of time. Don't be humble you school me way too often to be humble. It is the meek who are humbled by you...cheers man thanks for your generous knowledge sharing! Check out the new 'Astartes war hammer fan made film' - specifically parts 3 4 and 5 (or watch them all its a great SciFi short)- The textures and mogrpah is next level - I feel like, nah, NOSE you could replicate... I would LOVE if you did a breakdown of some of the scenes. It is very impressive. Cheers. I have annoyed you enough for today.
Love these "Who needs Houdini when we've C4D?" kind of tutorials! Thank you, Athanasios!
Thank you and efharisto!
Great tutorial, many thanks. Very much appreciated.
Really great, thanks for the tutorial!
Really good, thank you
great! THANKS!
Thanks - learned a lot of new stuff here, including that using a math node to multiple by 1 is rather useless. ;-)
thanks man !!!

You have to make the Sphere editable, and use the setup to drive a Vertex map, and then a material.
possibly the most annoying voice ever. This dude LOVES himself.
he has very good reason to do so...

@@noseman agreed👍
why so much extra information? it was just important to see how the deformation works, but instead WHAT
