Just picked up some 3G from ya! Gonna do a test run and see they do! Thanks again for the prompt delivery and the constant update until I received the package. Will be ordering soon once I see how these go! Subbed!
Awesome! Let me know if I can help in any way
Printer did a great job. Great video, thx!
You're welcome!
Most Excellent 😎💨
Thanks ✌
Really good 👍👍👍
Thank you!
great content, straight forward.. I would have liked to see how and if you could have made the image background transparent around the zombie and text
Watch the print and cut video I have. It goes into detail about how to do that.
Great video and products as usual. Will be ordering this soon.
Bunny thanks Bunny! Let me know if there are any videos you want to see!
good job amigo
Hay Tvo thanks!!
I just ordered from your site i can not find anyone else to explain the process you do. i ordered 10 of each, printable vinyl and the clear coat one you used on top in another video with the skull.... also the heat transfer paper for both dark colors and light colors
Thank you!
THANK YOU
You’re welcome!!
Great video!! Do you recommend the Epson Expression 7750 printer? Do you know the difference between the ones you commented on 7720 and I think you said 7710? We are basically using it to transfer logos to transfer paper and press on shirts
I am not familiar with the 7750 model. The difference between the 7710 and the 7720 is the 7720 has to paper trays. so you can keep two different sizes loaded up ready to go.
Ante Up Graphic Supply thank you!
Bro, not sure if this is a big question. And I hope you get back at me. Did you cut that picture out, or did you tweak the settings like you said before and extend the image around that border?
I later discovered that this printer wouldn’t let me print to the edge (I recommend buying a printer that can)
I did use a paper trimmer to trim the white edges off of the paper before I pressed it.
Love your videos! Was the printer straight out the box with no mods
TheShannonsimp Straight out of the box. I didn’t adjust anything in the settings. Add anything or take anything away.
I’m so glad you like the videos! Let me know if there is anything else you want to see.
I will be placing an order real soon
Great video, thinking of ordering somr aswell,
How is the print after wash?
Thanks
The print holds up great in the wash. We have not heard of any issues with it washing out.
Ante Up Graphic Supply what fabrics is better for 3G nenaah transfer paper ?
I have the same printer and paper .did you figure out a way to get rid of the border in the settings or do you have to cut it yourself
I spent hours trying to print to the edge. But it turns out that this printer can’t print to the edge.
So I had to trim the edges.
Great video, about how many washes would it last, assuming no bleach is used?
I am not sure how many washes. I will keep you updated. Definitely no bleach should be used.
@@AnteUpGraphics hello any update on this? I have tried a few that cracked after the first wash.
Tara Swanson I’ve washed it about 5 times and have not seen any issues.
Did you get the paper from us? How did you wash it?
Hey man. That image is awesome. Where can I get it from? Thanks bro
It’s been a while. I think I got it on istock
if i don't have a heat press, and instead use a home iron or an easy press will it still work?
Chakiya Jones people use an iron or easy press all the time with no issues.
Did you change the quality settings on the printer?
Josh Cabe I didn’t change any settings on the printer.
Is that the vinyl? O is it the paper? I need the one exactly that u have please. Just answer me 🙏🙏
Its an inkjet paper, here is a link to purchase it. anteupgraphicsupply.com/3g-jet-opaque-heat-transfer-paper-8-5x11-sheet-dark-fabrics/
Is that regular paper you have over the heat press?
No it is a teflon sheet.
Does this paper work good using it mirroring (I don’t have regular white iron on so I just used it as a cut mirror image but don’t know if it would stick pressing it upside down
It will not work pressing it upside down.
Ante Up Graphic Supply yeah I learned that yesterday lol
I have an espon 2720 that I converted to a sublimation printer with the sublimation ink. Can I use that?
no. These are for inkjet ink.
What heat press do you use?
We use the same ones we sell at our store: the 15" x15" Fancier Studio Digital PowerPress
Is this heat transfer paper durable enough to sell to my clients?
(Obviously printed on a t-shirt)
Yes, we have lots of customers that use this for client requests.
I use this and sell to my clients I did a test on my daughters shirt it’s at 6 washes and still looks perfect I’ve been using this for about 2 months I have not got 1 single complain ( I had messed up a shirt and just added another pic to the top and looks like if The mess up did not exist
How does this wash? I'm trying to find something that doesn't fade so significantly.
This washes good as long as you wash it correctly.
whats it like after a wash? my printer has both dye and pigment carts.. will it work? its a canon pixma m5660
or do u neeed special ink?
@@pabz83 It holds up great in the wash as long as its taken care of. You don't need special ink. Just inkjet ink.
@@AnteUpGraphics thank u for thè quick reply!
When you printing the image what’s the settings you use for the paper?
Photo matte.
Sublimation ink use?? Ya normal ink use??
Normal inkjet ink.
Can I use HP dye ink printer to print on 3g jet opaque ? Thank
I’m not sure. Sorry.
So did you print the paper as Plain or Glossy?
Plain
What ink you use? Just normal inkjet inks?
Normal inkjet inks that came with the printer.
do you still use that particular printer? I’m new to vinyl and i just want to make sure this is an okay printer to stay off with
Kai Fran It’s a nice cheap printer to get a few shirts done. But if you are going to be using it a lot. I would recommend getting the Epson 7710 or 7720.
They are more money. But will be better for production.
Ante Up Graphic Supply thank you so much for your insight ❤️❤️❤️
What temp was your heat press set to ?
350
I have the same heatpress want it the time you use and how much willnyou sale the t-shirt
350 for 30 seconds is how long I press it for.
Hi i have a question, i saw some videos where they dont need a cutting machine anymore they just print it in a transparent paper and then transfer it to another paper then on the the shirt, it was also called heat transfer method so im confused. would like to know if you are familiar with that method and if you sell those kind of products too. thanks :)
I’m not familiar sorry.
@@AnteUpGraphics ua-cam.com/video/laRczlaPzz0/v-deo.html ... this one. do you not sell any of the materials he used here?
We do not sell dtg printers.
That sounds like White Toner printing...same concept minus the weeding, need for a cutter, etc. Those printers are MUCH more expensive 2-3k +
Is a red guildan shirt considered a dark color or light color 😂😂 I’m trying to figure out what kind of paper I should use 😆
Dark. The only color you should use the light paper on is white.
@@AnteUpGraphics okay thank you ordering more dark paper tomorrow I have a order of custom shirts how soon can it be shipped
Does the quality of the print depend on the printer and the ink? Or the paper itself?
The quality of the print highly depends on the quality of the image
@@AnteUpGraphics thanks for quick response
No problem! Let me know if you have any other questions
What kind of ink you are using? Is it pigment ink?
Inkjet ink.
How did you trimmed the transfer heat paper to eliminate the white areas/borders? A guillotine?
armonia numerica yes. Trimmed it with a guillotine paper cutter.
@@AnteUpGraphics wow you fast!!! You mean a regular cutter or a simple guillotine that I can buy @ office depot?
@@AnteUpGraphics ok yes..now i know..
armonia numerica just a regular one you can get at Office Depot.
where did you get the image zombie apocalypse man
Shutter stock is where I got it.
I noticed you didn’t stretch out the shirt after pressing the shirt did anyone experience cracking of images on the actual shirt or does it not really matter if you stretch it out a lil after the print
Local Hero the dark one you do not stretch. The printable for the light fabrics you are supposed to stretch.
@@AnteUpGraphics why not
Carlos Ramirez Fabian because you can distort the image. It’s not designed to be stretched and should not be stretched.
@@AnteUpGraphics I saw someone stretch with dark fabric and it didn't distort the image
Ok. Not sure what to tell you. You can stretch the dark if you want. But there is literally no reason too.
Hi! Is like a glossy finish ? I’m using PPD paper and it’s kind of dull
I wouldn’t say it’s glossy. But the colors do pop.
Thank you. Would you know what heat transfer paper that will come out glossy?
I don’t know of a “glossy” heat transfer paper. Sorry.
No problem, thank you
Is it safe to be used with a transfer mask?
Some people do, but I have found that sometimes it pulls the color
I see you reccomend the Epson 7720.. how many prints of full color images like this zombie, do you average before you need new cartridges?
I’m not sure. 50-100 or more depending on the design I’m guessing.
@@AnteUpGraphics thanks, are you still happy with this method?
Yes. It has its purpose. I prefer using htv in my designs over the heat transfer paper.
Are you talking about a printable vinyl you prefer?
No. I prefer to use heat transfer vinyl designs over printed designs.
Did you just use the ink that came with the print ??
Yes. This is an inkjet printer. The paper used is made specifically for inkjet prints.
@@AnteUpGraphics but from research the pigment based ink works great with the 3G according to the research
Ok. I used an inkjet printer with inkjet ink. It holds up great.
@@AnteUpGraphics okay even after washing too this same Jersey
Yes. Even after washing.
sir may i know what size is your heatpress?? a4 or a3?
Dons Afour it’s 15” x 15”
@@AnteUpGraphics thank you sir. im planning to buy the same exact press..
Is the print durable and stays when washed ?
iamthebeginner yes! It will last wash after wash.
Can you send a link for 11x17 paper if there is any
@@iamthebeginner4446 here you go anteupgraphicsupply.com/3g-jet-opaque-heat-transfer-paper-11-x-17-sheet-dark-fabrics/
Hi! Are you using sublimation ink?
No, normal ink.
Sorry for the slow reply. It’s standard printer ink.
What is psi your using ?
IsaiahO.M.O I’m not sure what you mean.
@@AnteUpGraphics like what pressure is the heat press on ? Do you have it heavy ? Light ? Etc
Man ya made me feel cheap when you said $32 dollar printer from Wally world. I bought a eco tank one for $400 recently 🤦🤣🤣🤣. In your opinion. How many wash cycles do you think that shirt can go without cracking and looking nasty? And do you use the soft stretch vinyl. I'm trying out the kind you just used and the soft stretch vinyl. I like how you used the parchment paper on the sides with the magnet. Smart move 👌. Did you find a difference if using Teflon or parchment for printing?
The eco tanks will help you save money in the long run with the cost of ink.
As long as you wash warm and hang dry it will last a while.
My image comes out thick and tough feeling, especially after a wash, does anyone else have this problem with the paper?
What paper are you using?
Are you printing the whole sheet and pressing it?
What side do your print onnnn????
The blank white side.
Hi I got a heat press machine but that machine can't print a t-shirt more than 250 C any solution for that
250 degrees Celsius is 482 degrees fahrenheit so if you want to press the 3g paper you need to press at 177 celsius which would be the 350 degree farhenheit
@@AnteUpGraphics how many seconds should I set for this temperature
30 seconds for 3g heat transfer paper
@@AnteUpGraphics thank you so much
how long does the image last?
Chakiya Jones it holds up really well. I’ve not heard of anyone having the image wash out.
Ante Up Graphic Supply thank you
I am getting confused when it comes to the ink. I thought it has to be all pigment ink and isn't just the black ink pigment for that canon printer? When I look it up it says the other ones are dye based inks and I keep hearing dye based inks run in the wash. Hoping you can clear this up for me. Thank you! :)
It’s just standard inkjet ink you can get at any store. It’s the chemicals on the paper that hold the ink. If you just used the ink from the inkjet printer they would run.
Hi my paper keeps off falling off my shirts any help or suggestions
How are you applying it? Time? Temp? With a heat press? Medium or firm pressure?
When is it falling off? After or before washing?
What paper are you using?
Ante Up Graphic Supply i use teflon and parchment paper, for 30 seconds at 350 degrees, medium pressure and falls off after wash
I using 3g jet opeque
What size width is the paper
8.5” x 11” in this video. But we also carry 11”x17” and 13”x 19” too.
I don't see anywhere in what temp I can wash in washmachine 30 or 40 ?
are you asking what temp your water should be in your washer?
@@AnteUpGraphics yes please 🙏
Warm wash.
@@AnteUpGraphics what temperature pls
I have no idea. It would impossible to give an exact number. My washer that I own and every washer I have ever owned never told me the exact number.
I just use the warm setting.
how to transfer image on t shirt without baground
ganesh desai you can do a print and cut. Then use a heat transfer mask to apply it.
@@AnteUpGraphics hey man thanks for replying but my design is complex and has splash , small dots difficult to cut ..any other way to print it ?
ganesh desai screen printing it sounds like your best option.
How durable is the inkjet
It holds up good.
@@AnteUpGraphics ok thanks my wife gotta cricut maker so gonna try t-shirts for a side hustle 👌
Was that printed using regular ink?
Tana Archer it was regular ink in an inkjet printer.
where can I get a download of that zombie I love it...
This is where I got it from. www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/comic-book-style-zombie-red-stains-610943777
wait so its a paper? not a vinyl?
Heat transfer paper.
anteupgraphicsupply.com/3g-jet-opaque-heat-transfer-paper-8-5x11-sheet-dark-fabrics/
could i print it on white shirts anyway like what would happen
It would look exactly the same but on a white shirt.
Nobody shows you how well they washed up?
It holds up great as long as it’s washed correctly. Nobody talks about it because it holds up. If it didn’t hold up good the comments would be filled with comments stating that.
@@AnteUpGraphics I wasn’t trying to be rude. Would be nice to see the results rather then just be told. Tbf negative comments can be deleted.
I didn’t think you were trying to be rude.
It’s also hard to shoot a video for wash results. I hold up a shirt that’s been through the wash several times. No way to tell if I’m telling the truth or not.
@@AnteUpGraphics to true I hear that…
Is 3g jet considered vinyl paper???????????
Heat transfer paper. It technically not vinyl. But it’s often referred to as printable heat transfer vinyl.
So how do you feel about the Starcraft vinyl printable would you say that Starcraft and 3g jet are the same ????
Nicole’s Fitness 420 oh the 3g is far better in my opinion.
Thank you
