Here's a tip.... They sell heat transfer tape 😉.... Once you're printable image is weeded and ready just apply the heat transfer tape and peel your hole image off and straight to the heat press 😎

@@bradfordcustomizedcreation7456 yes it just depends on the heat transfer tape you get... There are some that are normal sticky and other's that are more sticky... It's called Heat Masking Tape

I want to start doing things like this, is there anyway after printing and then having the letters cut out that you can peel away any excess vinyl around it and heat press it that way? I'm worried my letters would get crooked if i had to line them up on a shirt myself
Is the cricut necessary if the design I printed is more simple? Could I just cut it out with scissors if that's the case? And would the logos fall off in the washing machine/dryer it's a lot of questions but I'd like to know!
What would the settings be for silhouette? I am having trouble with small pieces.

How do you print this on the cricut if it's bigger than 9.25x6.75? Every time I try to print an image larger than this it doesn't let me because it's larger than their limit.
You have to slice it in sections of 9.25/6.75 and press them together. I hate that lol

Hello Amber, this is called Design Space and comes with the Cricut cutting machine I used to create this Tank.
How did you print and cut a 8.5 X 11 sheet with the Cricut? My only lets me Print and cut a 6.5 X 9.5.

You can use any inkjet printer. I use an HP inkjet.

No not vynil transfer tape...... But you can use heat transfer tape 😉
How did you print and cut the blood text why u did not show it?
I didnt print the red text. I cut it in vinyl. I only printed the image.
Seems that transfers for darks are much brighter. Can I use darks for light color shirts?
Yes you can! However, remember there is a white background on transfer made for dark materials unlike the transparent ones for light.

Why do you need to peal the letter? Couldnt you just print in mirror then cut then heat press straight on?
Have you tried HTV transfer sheeting? All you need to do is place it over the top of the paper and transfer it.

We've actually since discovered that you can use heat transfer tape on inkjet printable HTV.

I did not. However you should always follow the directions that come with the printable htv :)
How well does the vinyl stay on the shirt after washing?
Mine still looks new and I've washed it probably over 15xs since ive made it :)

Any inkjet printer will do. HP or Brother have some quality options.

Not that I'm aware of unfortunately
There is self weeding transfer paper for dark fabric but uses lasers and unfortunately not inkjet
You need a transfer sheet or probably the same carrier used in rhinestones
Ive had success with heat mask material. Similar to the carrier on regular htv.

Any cotton or cotton blend fabric will work.

I used the max size design space would allow me to print. The design looks large because the red writing is cut in regular HTV. However, there is a hack that may work for print and cuts like this. I'll create a video and try and get it uploaded this week!
