Daytime Emmy Award winners and this year’s nominees for Outstanding Lead Performance, Cynthia Watros and Laura Wright will join me live this Wednesday, June 8th at 3 p.m. EST / 12 p.m. PST in The Locher Room. I love that scene when Reva and Cassie find out their sisters in the hotel room. Annie and Alan walk in expecting Cassie to be in bed with Josh and surprise!, Reva surprises them by being in bed with Josh and brings out Cassie (they already made the discovery that they were sisters just minutes beforehand). Cassie tells Alan and Annie off for making her try to deceive Reva over the last few months and Cassie and Annie almost get into a physical altercation.
All of those were spectacular scenes, Derek.
Both of these actresses deliver top notch performances. The writets can have years of endless story with these gifted performers. Tbis shows Executive Producer, Mr. V., is keeping this show relevant, fresh, fun and, a must see show. Cheers to all the talented people, cast, crew, writers, makeup, wardrob that work thier best to bring ud tbeir best. Thank you.we love you

Cynthia and Laura , both beautiful and both so so good.. from GL to GH, it’s cool to see their history as co-stars and friends and how all these years later, they obviously respect and love each other. And They said such kind words about Kim… glad these 3 women still get together and chill. And the chemistry between any of those ladies is just incredible.

I just watched GH's 15000th episode today and Wow! You all talked about Frank Valentini and his fantastic producing of the show. What I think is so interesting is how for some people the lines get blurred between the characters these actresses play vs who they are in real life. I have watched soaps all my adult life but have always referred to the actors by their real names, not their character's names when I speak about certain scenes or just in general. I don't like to read vicious comments. I agree with Cynthia, people need to support each other. Whether it actor to actor, fan to fan or especially fan to actor.

While I was very happy that General Hospital won 5 Emmys including Best Drama Series I was incredibly disappointed that Cynthia Watros didn't win for Best Actress. I would have been happy if Ari Zucker had won too but I was really unhappy with Mishael Morgan's win: first of all she is not a lead on Y&R - having a single storyline does not make you a lead, and her storyline was incredibly boring. She's a good solid actress but for me the winner should be someone who contributed to the success of the show, someone who actually did amazing superb work and that was definitely Cynthia Watros.
Ms. Morgan was last in every fan poll (there were of them online) with about 3% of the vote while Ms. Watros was first with 50% of the votes. I administer the Goldies awards on goldderby and Cynthia won while MIshael got zero votes in the first round of voting and was never cited at all throughout 2021 in our daytime Emmy citations thread. I know it's a silly award but I was not happy with this particular Emmy win. Just my opinion and I can only hope they won't give it to yet another CBS actress again next year as CBS has now won 6 years in a row, robbing Nancy Lee Grahn, Maura West, Genie Francis, and now Cynthia Watros of much deserved Emmy wins!

I really love these ladies ❤️❤️They will always be my GL LADIES. Two Powerful Actresses. I would love to see a scene with these two get stuck in like and Elevator or Some place and have to depend on each other to get out of the situation. But for it to be funny. Like Lucy and Ethel on I love Lucy. Cynthia and Laura could do a wonderful job at a scene like that.

Cynthia is a very kind person. I love her. I still can't stand Nina and do not like Nina with or marrying Sonny. This storyline is horrible. I would say that I can't wait for Sonny to find out about the SEC top but Nina kidnapped Avery from Ava's body and lied to him about having a family therefore breaking up his marriage and hurting his wife and kids and everyone that loved him and somehow forgave her for that crap. So, I doubt Sonny will break up with Nina for the SEC thing. Sonny doesn't seem to care what Nina does to his family. He will just keep defending the indefensible. The old Sonny would NEVER have been with any woman who hurt his family, esp his kids this way. Nina's character is a whiny, little girl with a victim complex. Can we move on from Nina, please?
Love how invested you are in the story. Cynthia is such a talent and GH is so lucky to have her.

Nina Reeves. ( I'm telling you this, you are not keeping away from my daughter or my Grandson.
Cynthia is a great actress. It’s the character of Nina that I as a fan can’t stand. Didn’t like the character when Michelle Stafford(also a great actress)originated her. And I’m still waiting on Carly to beat dat ass👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽 Lol!!

Here to represent the Nina Fanbase. Definitely choose her over Carly and that hypocritical family that is persecuting her. The custody trial was BS too. Very one-sided and wasn’t even a real fight with a real representation for Nina. Anyway, have loved Cynthia Watros since guiding light. Laura Wright seems like a nice person. Unlike her character.
