Great feedback! We recommend using it once a week, or as often as needed. Sometimes if the hair has been extremely damaged you can benefit from using OLAPLEX treatments more often, along with protein and moisture of course. 🥰♥️💯👏

Olaplex is so confusing. I used it for a year, 0 3 and the mask on every wash (once a week) I was sick a lot in January and didn't worry about my hair, I put it up in a bun everyday and in February I was feeling better, did a full hair care wash and when I was done I looked in the mirror and my hair have completely broken off and it had to be cut it was so uneven, like more than 8cms cut off. I was distraught, I tried to figure out what went wrong, and when I measured the breakage on my head it was around the place where my bun sat. I assumed after using this for so damn long and spending hours on my hair every wash day and looking after it SO friggen well it would've been okay. It broke off during the month I wasn't using olaplex this shows me it wasn't in good condition. I mean I wore my hair in a bun for school for 5 years 5 days a week and it never broke off like it was SOOOO long.
I'm confused and sad for wasting so much money and time honestly, silk pillow cases and scrunchies, no heat and damaging styling, protective styles as I work on boat in the wind, and then buying olaplex products.
Like I'm so demotivated🙄 changing to coconut oil pre shampoo. Cheaper and less expectations.

Like Verb, Bondi Boost, etc. I have fine, curly hair that gets super dry but also gets weighed down easily. It’s been pretty challenging finding products that work for my hair. I also have a pretty dry scalp. I try to avoid sulfates because of being overall very dry which makes finding professional grade products that work well with my curly hair kind of challenging!

They say you should actually use number 3 before using a clarifying shampoo! That’s what I read somewhere but I’m so lost bc I don’t know if you’re supposed to apply 0 and 3 on clean hair or if you can apply it to dirty hair. I have very dry fine bleached curly hair and I’ve actually done this before if I’ve wanted to do number 3 on clean hair I shampoo my hair normally with not the clarifying shampoo ONCE then use the number 5 conditioner (like only a little bit enough to detangle) then rinse it out good then apply number 3 to the damp hair then I let that sit for like 45min then when I go back into the shower I shampoo it out with the clarifying shampoo - I’m fine doing this since a person is supposed to shampoo their hair twice anyways !
