So when the wax wears off you just apply more? Sticky Bumps has a few different types of wax. Use the one you linked to correct? Can’t wait to see how this works. Thanks.
Exactly what I was wondering, the link goes to the "base coat" wax, is that what we are supposed to use? They also have temperature rated waxes that are "top coat" waxes...I'm not sure which to buy for the countertop fix. Help!
I just chipped my quartz countertop. I have the chip and it fits exactly back in. What would be the best adhesive to use? its in the same spot as the chip location in this video. thanks.
"...just use super glue with some shavings..." p.s. don't put the super glue in your hair. It doesn't wash-out just-like-that (snap). You'll need a new head. The co-pay on this one is just brutal -
Please do not use wax to fix stone countertops. Please attempt to find someone with experience in stone countertop repair. There are more permanent solutions than this. Also, NEVER take sand paper to your stone tops. EVER.
can see the defect clearly, thumbs up if you are over the bargaining stage and moving to depression because you just damaged your brand new quartz. IT WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.

Brilliant idea. Like it better than superglue and white crayon. How is it holding up a year later?
I've filled a few of mine with white caulk...it works pretty well.

I'd try something like clear gorilla glue adhesive but just make sure to wipe excess off quickly.
Won’t wax attract dirt and discolor?
Has this fix held up?
just use super glue with some shavings of this material, then sand it down with 400 up to 1200 grit sandpaper

It would have been nicer if you walk us through on how you actually applied the surf wax.
