Um no, not really. The beginning of this video shows Gary indiana which is literally one of the 10 most run down places in the whole country. To suggest that is in anyway representative of what most Americans experience is completely wrong and the fact that it’s being upvoted just shows how desperate some are to make America look bad. That’s not to deny that places like Gary exist because they do, but just to say that Gary is an extreme outlier.
I bet you had a beautiful drive leaving Indy taking I-65 north back to Chicago I see oh yeah drivin on that way plenty of times and Gary and Hammond Ind too wow nice love it all I love my Homestate Indianapolis Indiana!!!!
Was just in Gary visiting the Jackson family home! Had a wonderful conversation with the neighbors and they said Janet recently bought the high school, Roosevelt now run down, where Diana Ross discovered the kids!
This video was so relaxing for me. It was kind of a timeout of the busy life lot of people have. In this video are so many people who are working or going to work or somewhere else. Everything is moving and working - somehow. Seeing people work without having to work themselves was also kind of reflective to see a part of the life everybody live. Beautiful Video. I enjoyed a lot of your driving downtown videos but this is different cause it's more like the sourrounding area and i like that content. This video was quite long but so interesting to watch that it feels more like half of the time.
Having lived in the Chicagoland area for over 30 years, I really enjoyed your video. I usually enjoy the road sound, but not this time. It sounds like your mic was mounted outside the vehicle which made for a very noisy experience. Continue to bring us your videos though.
