You can if you take it all the way towards the Marquette Interchange, and there's 794 which takes you over the Hoan Bridge which makes the view impossible to miss. Otherwise its mostly just the typical urban freeway, a lot of sound barrier walls and cuts/fills that block any view.
It's either Stop-n-go or it's NASCAR on the I90 & I94 in Chicago, lol

For how bad the state of illinois is, at least they keep the highways smooth as butter.
The Tollways are pretty well maintained but they charge super high tolls. Once you get off of a Tollway, the roads are horrible.
Calling the Wisconsin portion Interstate 41 is absurd.
