I usually pray and listen to the Saint Benedict exorcism prayer along with Ave Maria, Immaculate Mary, Ubi Caritas. It helps me personally when I am anxious or tempted in my mind to return to my past sins and do them again so strongly.
I also listen to Gregorian Chant; however, not knowing Latin, I often get concerned about the validity of what I'm listening to. There's a myriad of UA-cam channels that have Gregorian Chant, but how do I properly vet what I'm listening to so as to not invite unwelcome attacks.
There's a handful on youtube that index what you are listening to. You can then look them up and get a translation. Others provide the translation for you. It's worth the effort.
find playlists of chant from known monastery's. The Abbey of Solemn in France is very good. Or just start with the chants from the ordinary parts of the Mass in latin. Like forms of the Gloria and the Creed. There isn't a lot of 'fake' chant, actually. A lot of the Religious sisters do very good chant in female voices too. The Daughter's of Mary are one who have a channel on UA-cam with many chants and holy songs.
I listen to Cantigas of Alphonse, Polyphony Motets, Harpa Dei channel has amazing songs in latin and english and spanish and other languages, their instruments are their voices. They even did one for Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the st Benedict medal Crux Sacra sit Mihi Lux, non Draco sit mihi Dux VADE RETRO SATANA! I noticed a few NOT ALL, bands and songs I listened to had either a jab at God, some other blasphemy or denied God placing someone else in his stead, and even praise or say they'd sell their soul to the devil. My fave song by Billy idol Rebel Yell, Machines of loving grace Rite of SHiva ( do not google what that is, and yes they did it for the shock and to see if they could get away with it), Imagine Dragons had several lyrics that left me like... aw heck no.. I was singing along saying this. artists make catchy earworm beats that stick in yoru head, and they sneak in some strange stuff drowned in the noise so you cant tell, but i'm vibing, humming, looking for THAT song stuck in my mind, read the lyrics, and I saw the link, and that's the reason, artists may or may not do it conciously but there is a conciousness driving the effort. I and my mom, rest her soul, tied negative things and relived traumas through those songs and were actively listening to songs that made us sad and relive pain or anger and I would be in a bad mood all day. Latin prayers sung work wonders.
exorcism:> the gospel. delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the kingdom of the Son. chant the gospel of Jesus name/Lord and Savior. believe and be saved, Today. demons hate jesus. demons hate the simplicity of the gospel of faith in Jesus. too easy. but, it pleased God, that thru the foolishness of the message preached, to save those who believe.
I love Gregorian Chants because they are powerful, I find peace in life ❤❤❤

I play Gregorian chant often in our home. Especially during reciting the rosary. Secular music can be so dangerous
I play Sacred Gregorian Chants at home. It's very Powerful.
The exorcist files were excellent.

Is it ok to listen to meaningful Protestant worship songs?
