This is a lovely video. My family is from Cellino Attanasio in Abruzzo. I’m much older than you two guys; but when I was younger, sometimes people would ask me if I was part Oriental…or ask what nationality I was. I’m glad you brought up that subject. Makes sense now🥰
I believe that the Madonna del Sorgente is at the end of this trail. Would add a pic if I could. Took us 7 hours there and back from Pennapiedamonte (Balzolo).
It’s about 15 minutes from Guardiagrele, which is also a really great town to visit. Also within 30 minutes of Fara San Martino (the pasta capital of the world! 😁 ) and also about 30 minutes from Casoli.
I' m "abruzzese", our region is small, without big towns, but with a wild heart.
